Work you’ll do
Serve as a Service Level Manager (SLM) supporting customers. Provides full life cycle support including documentation, project management, and customer relationship management for customers.
- Works closely with the engineering team to deliver customer requirements
- Negotiates and prepares Service Agreements
- Prepares cost estimates and tracks project budget
- Creates and monitors project plans for various customer requirements
- Provides interface between technical teams to manage projects to schedule
- Uses ServiceNow system to enter and monitor customer requirements
- Coordinates and participates in customer meetings and clearly communicates project status and issues customers
- Demonstrate basic cybersecurity knowledge
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree from an accredited college or university plus 5-7 years of professional experience
- 2+ years of experience providing project management support in an IT environment
- Intermediate to advanced experience with Excel
- Strong Project Management skills
- Must be able to obtain a US Secret security clearance
- Must be local to client location in Radford, VA - position is onsite. Candidates must be available/on-call for emergencies that can occur outside of normal business hours
Desired Qualifications
- US Secret Security clearance highly preferred
- ServiceNow experience
- PMP certification
- Familiarity with ITIL v3 processes - incident, change management and service level management
