Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Solution Specialist, Enterprise Performance, SAP in Mechanicsburg, PA and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

Facilitate the implementation and support of the SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module for businesses through deploying SAP Agile methodologies. Support SAP ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), ECC (ERP Central Component), SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Fiori for business processes within expert fields in order to meet business process requirements, utilizing SAP SD techno-functional skills. Gather business requirements specific to SAP SD processes, coordinate with upstream and downstream business process teams, and design solutions with architects in SAP ERP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Fiori to achieve high-quality products and services. Utilize SAP SD techno-functional expertise in order to perform seamless integration activities within SAP Fiori applications and with third-party systems including StayinFront, Quofore, and other portal-based applications. Manage EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and IDocs (Intermediate Document), interfaces, output determination through BRF+ (Business Rule Framework Plus), and integrations between SAP SD, SAP FI (Finance), and SAP SD MD (Master Data) setup including customer setup, material setup, and pricing setup and Debugging. Coordinate with teams of professionals, including IT and non-IT stakeholders, to help build flexible and high-performing business process monitoring solutions that enable next-generation business services in the SAP SD module and cross-functional areas including SAP FI (Finance), MM (Material Management), CPM (Commercial Project Management), Variant Configuration, Logistic Execution, and TM (Transportation Management); and Responsibilities involve RICEF functional document preparation and development of UAT (User Acceptance Test) scenarios, test scripts, and results to validate configurations for businesses and protocols for evaluating system performance.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any), CIS, MIS, or a related field and two (2) years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Must also have two (2) years of related work experience involving each of the following:

  • Supporting order to cash (OTC) processes, SAP SD applications for core sales & distribution processes and integrated business processes worldwide, and providing analysis, design, functional configuration, testing, and maintenance support utilizing SAP Agile Methodology;
  • Coordinating with team members including IT and non-IT stakeholders, to help build flexible and highquality products or services, while considering upstream and downstream business process impacts in SAP SD module and cross-functional areas, including SAP FI (Finance), MM (Material Management), CPM (Commercial Project Management), Variant Configuration, Logistic Execution, and TM (Transportation Management);
  • Conducting SAP SD business process workshops utilizing Microsoft (MS) Suite in order to understand current business practices, and outlining future processes in SAP ECC (ERP Central Component), SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori and SAP Entitlement Management System;
  • Deploying SAP SD techno-functional expertise to debug and perform seamless integration activities within SAP EC, S/4 HANA, Fiori applications and with third-party systems, including StayinFront, Quofore, and other portal-based applications, utilizing MS OData (Open Data Protocol), EDI and IDocs interfaces;
  • Configuring Customer accounts, Sales & Distribution Organizational structure, global settings and various basic functions in S&D, including: Pricing, Master Data, Material Listing/Exclusion, Inquiry, Quotation, Sales Order, Delivery, Picking, Packing, Shipping, Goods Issue, Billing Documents, Invoice, Rebate, Foreign Trading, Monitoring Sales activities, and Mailing & Document Flow;
  • Managing DSD Master Data (Customer, Vehicle, and Material) and Visit Control, including Sales, Van sales, Presales and Delivery Scenario, Deal Conditions, Loading Confirmation, Truck Stock Visibility, Route Accounting process functions with Settlement processes and Dynamic Transportation Planning;
  • Utilizing SAP SD techno-functional expertise to conduct advanced debugging, design and support of SAP SD user exits, LSMW, BAPIs, BADIs, Copy Routines, printer issues, flat file issues, and SAP Auto-ID Applications on RF (Radio Frequency) devices for successful deployment/support of Logistics execution processes; and
  • Managing SAP Service Management (SM) module, including support notifications, service orders, repair orders, sales orders, resource related billing, and contracts.
