Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a SENIOR SOLUTION SPECIALIST, ENTERPRISE PERFORMANCE, SAP in Lake Mary, FL and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

DRIVING BUSINESS DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION, IMPLEMENTATIONS AND ON-GOING OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR THE FULL SUITE OF SAP SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS. SUPPORTING LARGE TECHNOLOGY ENGAGEMENTS AND PARTICIPATING IN PROJECTS INCLUDING IDEATION, IDENTIFICATION, PLANNING AND COST ESTIMATION THROUGH REQUIREMENTS, DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT, TESTING, IMPLEMENTATION AND PRODUCTION. PERFORMING ASSESSMENTS OF EXISTING INFORMATION SYSTEMS, AND IDENTIFYING GAPS BETWEEN BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS AND CURRENT SYSTEM CAPABILITIES. FUNCTIONING AS AN INTEGRATOR BETWEEN BUSINESS NEEDS AND TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS AND HELPING TO CREATE TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS TO MEET CLIENTS' BUSINESS NEEDS. DEFINING SYSTEMS STRATEGY, DEVELOPING SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS, PROCESSING DESIGN, PROTOTYPING, AND TESTING CUSTOM TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS, AND SUPPORTING SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION. CREATING TEST CASES AND PERFORMING FUNCTIONAL, NON-FUNCTIONAL, SYSTEM INTEGRATION, BLACK-BOX, WHITE-BOX, AND END-TO-END TESTING OF SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS. WRITING FUNCTIONAL AND TECHNICAL SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS AND USE CASES, CREATING PROCESS FLOW DIAGRAMS AND FINALIZING SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS.

Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: BACHELORS DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, ANY STEM DEGREE OR A RELATED FIELD AND TWO (2) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE JOB OFFERED OR IN A RELATED OCCUPATION. MUST ALSO HAVE TWO (2) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE INVOLVING EACH OF THE FOLLOWING: WORKING ACROSS ALL PHASES OF THE ENTERPRISE DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION, ADAPTING WATERFALL METHODOLOGY, AGILE FRAMEWORK, RAPID DEPLOYMENT SOLUTION (RDS) IN SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LIFE CYCLE (SDLC) AND PROJECT DELIVERY LIFECYCLE FOR REQUIREMENT CAPTURING, DESIGNING, DEVELOPMENT, CONFIGURATION, TESTING, USER TRAINING AND GO-LIVE OF SUPPLY CHAIN IN SAP ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING (ERP) SUITE USING ON-PREMISE OR CLOUD PLATFORM; CONDUCTING WORKSHOPS WITH CLIENT STAKEHOLDERS TO GATHER BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS AND TRANSLATING THEM INTO FUNCTIONAL AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS, ANALYZING AND CONDUCTING FEASIBILITY STUDY OF CLIENT REQUIREMENTS AND TRANSLATING REQUIREMENTS INTO PROJECT DESIGNS TO DELIVER SOLUTIONS THAT SATISFY CLIENT NEEDS USING MS OFFICE SUITE AND SAP ERP; USING SAP ADVANCED PLANNING & OPTIMIZATION (APO) AND SAP INTEGRATED BUSINESS PLANNING (IBP FOR DEMAND PLANNING, SUPPLY PLANNING, SALES AND OPERATIONS PLANNING, INVENTORY OPTIMIZATION, PRODUCTION PLANNING AND DETAILED SCHEDULING FOR THE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF SOLUTIONS FOR INDUSTRY SPECIFIC SUPPLY CHAIN PROBLEMS AND CLIENT-SPECIFIC BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS; TRACKING AND REPORTING ON PROJECT AND MILESTONE DELIVERABLE STATUS TO ENSURE TIMELY PROJECT DELIVERY AND COMMUNICATION OF UPDATES TO INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS USING MS OFFICE SUITE, PROJECT MANAGEMENT TOOLS, QUALITY CHECK MATRICES, AND FACE-TO-FACE MEETINGS; COORDINATING THE PROJECT RESPONSIBILITIES AND PREPARING WORK BREAKDOWN STRUCTURE OF CROSS-FUNCTIONAL ONSHORE AND OFFSHORE TEAM MEMBERS TO ENSURE EFFICIENT COMPLETION OF PROJECT TASKS IN TIMELY MANNER WITH ADHERENCE TO QUALITY; USING HP QUALITY CONTROL, SAP SOLUTION MANAGER, PROJECT DASHBOARD, SYSTEM INTEGRATION TESTING (SIT) AND USER ACCEPTANCE TESTING (UAT) IN THE PERFORMANCE OF OVERALL SOLUTION AND PROJECT-RELATED CUSTOMIZATIONS; SOLUTION ARCHITECTING IN KEY SUPPLY CHAIN PROCESSES AND WORKING WITH DOMAIN ARCHITECTS (INCLUDING DATA, INFRASTRUCTURE, APPLICATION AND SECURITY ARCHITECTS) TO ENSURE THAT SOLUTION ARCHITECTURE ALIGNS WITH SYSTEM DESIGN GUIDELINES AND ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE STANDARDS; RESEARCHING AND STUDYING EXISTING BUSINESS PROCESSES AND TECHNOLOGICAL WORKFLOWS TO IDENTIFY AUTOMATION OPPORTUNITIES AND PREPARE PROTOTYPE TO DEMONSTRATE COST SAVINGS, PROCESS OPTIMIZATION AND OTHER BENEFITS; CONVERGING DIVERSIFIED SYSTEM PORTFOLIO INTO ONE AND SUPPORTING PERFORMANCE CALIBRATION USING INDUSTRY INNOVATION.
