Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Solution Specialist, Enterprise Performance, SAP in Lake Mary, FL and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

 

Work You’ll Do

DRIVING BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION AND ON-GOING OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR THE FULL SUITE OF SAP SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS. DIRECTING LARGE TECHNOLOGY ENGAGEMENTS AND PARTICIPATING IN PROJECTS INCLUDING IDEATION, IDENTIFICATION, PLANNING AND COST ESTIMATION THROUGH REQUIREMENTS, DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT, TESTING, IMPLEMENTATION AND PRODUCTION. PERFORMING ASSESSMENTS OF EXISTING INFORMATION SYSTEMS, AND IDENTIFYING GAPS BETWEEN BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS AND CURRENT SYSTEM CAPABILITIES. ESTIMATING TIME AND RESOURCES NEEDED FOR THE DEVELOPMENT WORK. FUNCTIONING AS INTEGRATORS BETWEEN BUSINESS NEEDS AND TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS, HELPING TO CREATE TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS TO MEET CLIENTS BUSINESS NEEDS. DEFINING SYSTEMS STRATEGY, DEVELOPING SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS, PROCESSING DESIGN, PROTOTYPING, AND TESTING CUSTOM TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS, AND SUPPORTING SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION. CREATING TEST CASES AND PERFORMING FUNCTIONAL, NON-FUNCTIONAL, SYSTEM INTEGRATION, BLACK-BOX, WHITE-BOX, AND END-TO-END TESTING OF SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS. CREATING PROJECT CHARTERS, SCHEDULES, AND PLANS, DEFINING PROJECT TASKS, ALLOCATING RESOURCES AND MONITORING PROJECT PROGRESS. RESEARCHING USER REPORTED ISSUES, IDENTIFYING ROOT CAUSES AND RESOLUTIONS, IMPLEMENTING FIXES, AND LIAISING BETWEEN BUSINESS FUNCTIONS, END USERS, AND TECHNICAL DELIVERY TEAMS. CREATING TECHNICAL AND FUNCTIONAL SPECIFICATIONS, INCLUDING SCREEN LAYOUTS, NAVIGATION FLOWS, LOGIC DIAGRAMS, DATA MODELS, PROCESS MODELS, AND PSEUDO CODE, TO BE USED FOR APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT. WRITING FUNCTIONAL AND TECHNICAL SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS AND USE CASES, CREATING PROCESS FLOW DIAGRAMS AND FINALIZING SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS. WORKING ACROSS ALL PHASES OF THE AGILE AND WATERFALL PROJECT DELIVERY OR SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LIFECYCLE FOR THE DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT, TESTING AND IMPLEMENTATION OF SAP SOLUTIONS FOR ENTERPRISE-LEVEL CLIENTS. INTERFACING DIRECTLY WITH CLIENT STAKEHOLDERS TO GATHER FUNCTIONAL AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS, ANALYZING CLIENT REQUIREMENTS, AND TRANSLATING REQUIREMENTS INTO PROJECT DESIGNS TO DELIVER SOLUTIONS THAT FULLY MEET CLIENT NEEDS USING AGILE OR WATERFALL METHODOLOGY, SAP BW, SAP HANA AND SAP ERP. USING SAP BW, SAP HANA, SAP ABAP, AND SAP AO TO SUPPORT, PARTICIPATE IN, AND LEAD THE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF PROJECT SOLUTIONS. TRACKING AND REPORTING ON PROJECT AND MILESTONE DELIVERABLE STATUS TO ENSURE TIMELY PROJECT DELIVERY AND COMMUNICATION OF UPDATES TO INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS USING JIRA. COORDINATING THE PROJECT ACTIVITIES OF ONSHORE AND OFFSHORE TEAM MEMBERS TO ENSURE THE TIMELY AND QUALITY COMPLETION OF PROJECT DELIVERABLES. USING HP ALM AND HP QC TO SUPPORT, PERFORM, AND OVERSEE UNIT TESTING AND SYSTEM INTEGRATION TESTING TO ENSURE SUCCESSFUL DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF PROJECT SOLUTIONS. ANALYZING AND DOCUMENTING CURRENT-STATE SYSTEMS, PROCESSES AND ENVIRONMENTS TO SUPPORT PROJECT DESIGN OF FUTURE-STATE/TO-BE SYSTEMS, PROCESSES AND ENVIRONMENTS USING SAP BW, SAP HANA, SAP ABAP, AND SAP AO. DESIGNING AND DELIVERING USER MANUALS AND TRAINING FOR SOLUTIONS TO ENSURE SUCCESSFUL IMPLEMENTATION, ADOPTION AND MAINTENANCE IN CLIENT ENVIRONMENTS USING SAP BW, SAP HANA, AND SAP ABAP.

Requirements

BACHELOR'S DEGREE OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, ANY STEM DEGREE OR A RELATED FIELD. TWO YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE OFFERED POSITION OR A POSITION IN A RELATED OCCUPATION.
