Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Solution Specialist, Enterprise Performance, Oracle in Lake Mary, FL and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

 

Work You’ll Do

Drive Oracle software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Design demos for clients and get client approvals on the progress of work as part of sprint planning. Develop testing strategy, scenarios, and test data and perform various testing such as Functional and Unit. Conduct business workshops and analyze business processes to identify gaps by mapping as-is and to-be business documents. Identify development objects for the client’s business process to address the gaps identified. Partner cross-functionally with client services, sales, and product suppliers to develop and maintain the core content of the integration program in addition to sourcing new content to meet the needs of shifting organizational needs and partner programs. Work with client's IT team to define best strategy for code migration and code line maintenance. Develop a cutover strategy to extract and migrate the master data from client’s legacy systems to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application, implement the cutover in final preparation phase, collate documents (such as testing results and Business Process Procedure) and deliver to the client’s core team. Train core team members and help develop a Center of Excellence (COE) team to take care of issues after the go-live phase.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and two (2) years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Must also have two (2) years of related work experience involving each of the following:

  • Defining and documenting systems strategy, and gathering and documenting business requirements;
  • Leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), functional configuration, testing, and client user training for Oracle Cloud and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) end-to-end implementation projects;
  • Writing functional and technical system requirements and use cases, creating process flow diagrams, and finalizing system requirements;
  • Architecting conceptual and technical designs, including the use of object-oriented analysis and design (OOAD) techniques;
  • Implementing Oracle Cloud Software as a Service (SaaS) modules;
  • Working on end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementation projects, and designing the strategy for Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflow (RICEW) objects, including programs for Conversions, Integration, Reports, and Extension objects;
  • Performing upgrades to existing Oracle ERP to facilitate integration of single instances;
  • Setting up, configuring, and querying Cloud and On-premise Oracle applications, including Financials (FI), Procure to Pay, Order to Cash (OTC), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Manufacturing, and Warehouse Management (WMS);
  • Designing, developing, and deploying program applications with Oracle tools, including Oracle Cloud, Oracle EBS, Oracle Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Oracle OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), and Oracle Procedural Language for Structured Query Language (PLSQL);
  • Deploying pre-built integrations, Cloud adapters, On-premise adapters, and connections from custom program applications, to integrate with SaaS and On-premise applications; and
  • Collaborating and coordinating for service transition with the ERP implementation team, application management services team, and offshore counterparts.
