Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Solution Specialist, Enterprise Performance, EP-Oracle in Gilbert, AZ and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

Drive Oracle software implementation services to help companies unlock the value of big technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Work to improve their ability to react in a digital world and enable innovation and scalability, remove performance barriers, modernize core systems, and reimagine their business with Oracle-based solutions. Help manage the complexity inherent with technology change, from requirements planning to architecture, testing to deployment, and beyond, helping to link IT programs to organizational goals, while utilizing Oracle-based solutions. Leverage automation, cognitive and science-based techniques to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions; drive operational efficiency by maintaining data ecosystems, sourcing analytical expertise, and providing offerings for continuous insights and improvements. Leverage Oracle-based solutions and Cloud-based or On-Premise platforms to support the development and implementation of large data environments. Provide analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling tools to produce analysis and algorithms that help businesses make better decisions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, any STEM field or a related field.

Two years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.

Must have two years of experience with:

  • Participating in developing work plans, coordinating with onshore teams on requirements and resolution of queries, coordinating activities between workstreams and identifying changes in scope, utilizing Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, Waterfall, CA Agile Rally, Jira, HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Microsoft (MS) Advanced Excel, and Slack;
  • Driving the development and implementation of large-scale data ecosystems, including data management, governance, and integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights, leveraging Oracle Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Product Information Management, Order Management, Direct Procurement, Indirect Procurement, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, Global Trade Management, Accounts Receivables, Costing, Manufacturing Management, Bills of Material, Customer Data Hub, Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Fusion Cloud;
  • Performing assessments of existing information systems and identifying gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities, and providing application analysis to meet Oracle architecture and infrastructure goals;
  • Creating technical and functional system requirements and use cases, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, and process models, utilizing MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Confluence, CA Agile Rally, and HP ALM;
  • Working across phases of the Agile and Waterfall life cycle, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retro, Requirements, Plan, Design, Develop, Release, Track & Monitor, Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, Data Analytics and Data Integration, for the design, development, testing and implementation of solutions, utilizing CA Agile Rally, HP ALM, Jira, Confluence, Velocity, Burndown Charts, User Story, Estimations, Command Center, Product Planning, Release/Feature Planning, Iteration Planning, Stand-ups, Show and Tell, Sprint Backlog, and Retrospective;
  • Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes and environments, utilizing MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Visio, MS Excel, Master Data Management, and Informatica;
  • Providing support in designing and building inbound and outbound interface solutions, developing metrics, analyzing and debugging issues and creating ad hoc reports, with Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Cloud;
  • Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery, utilizing CA Agile Rally, HP ALM, Jira, Confluence, Velocity, Burndown Charts, User Story, Estimations, Command Center, Product Planning, Release/Feature Planning, Iteration Planning, Stand-ups, Show and Tell, Sprint Backlog, and Retrospective;
  • Writing functional and technical system requirements and use cases, creating process flow diagrams, and finalizing system requirements, utilizing MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Confluence, CA Agile Rally, and HP ALM.
  • 15% Travel required nationally.
