Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a SENIOR SOLUTION SPECIALIST, CUSTOMER & MARKETING, HUMAN SERVICES TRANSFORMATION in Mechanicsburg, PA and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally. 

Work You’ll Do 

TRANSFORMING HOW CLIENTS DELIVER SERVICES TO CUSTOMERS. DELIVERING LARGE, COMPLEX SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT AND TRANSFORMATION PROJECTS TO HUMAN SERVICE AGENCIES ACROSS FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT AGENCIES. PARTNERING WITH CLIENTS TO TRANSFORM SERVICE DELIVERY TO THOSE MOST IN NEED. DRIVING BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION AND ON-GOING OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR THE FULL SUITE OF ORACLE SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS. PERFORMING ASSESSMENTS OF EXISTING INFORMATION SYSTEMS, AND IDENTIFYING GAPS BETWEEN BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS AND CURRENT SYSTEM CAPABILITIES. CREATING TECHNICAL AND FUNCTIONAL SPECIFICATIONS, INCLUDING SCREEN LAYOUTS, NAVIGATION FLOWS, LOGIC DIAGRAMS, DATA MODELS, PROCESS MODELS, AND PSEUDO CODE, TO BE USED FOR APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT. WRITE FUNCTIONAL AND TECHNICAL SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS AND USE CASES, CREATE PROCESS FLOW DIAGRAMS AND FINALIZING SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS. PERFORMING CONCEPTUAL AND TECHNICAL DESIGNS, INCLUDING THE USE OF OBJECT-ORIENTED ANALYSIS AND DESIGN TECHNIQUES. ASSESSING AND DIAGNOSING A PROBLEM AND ANALYZING THE INTERACTIONS BETWEEN KEY DRIVERS. DESIGNING AND DEVELOPING EXTRACT, TRANSFORM AND LOAD (ETL) JOBS FOR DATA MIGRATION AND USING TRANSFORMS QUERY, VALIDATION, CASE, MAP OPERATION, MERGE, TABLE COMPARE, MATCH AND DATA CLEANSE AVAILABLE IN DESIGNER. DEVELOPING TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS, CODE REVIEW, SOURCE TO TARGET MAPPING DOCUMENTS AND REPORTS DEVELOPMENT. PROVIDING KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER

DOCUMENTS AND PREPARING SYSTEMS FOR PRODUCTION MIGRATION. IDENTIFYING LOAD METHODOLOGY FOR LOADING DATA, BUSINESS OBJECTS DATA SERVICES (BODS), STRUCTURED QUERY LANGUAGE (SQL) SCRIPTS, MANUAL LOAD, LEGACY SYSTEM MIGRATION WORKBENCH (LSMW) AND INTERMEDIATE DOCUMENT (IDOC). WORKING ON ADVANCED DATA CONCEPTS CHANGE DATA CAPTURE (CDC), AUTO CORRECT LOAD, FULL AND DELTA LOADS USING SAP TECHNOLOGIES. DEVELOPING SAP HANA INFORMATION VIEWS AND USING SAP HANA LIVE TO CREATE AND CUSTOMIZE HANA VIEWS. DEVELOP COMPLEX REPORTS, DATA MODEL AND SECURITY SETUP USING SAP BUSINESS OBJECTS.

Requirements 

BACHELOR'S DEGREE OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, ANY STEM DEGREE OR A RELATED FIELD. TWO YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE OFFERED POSITION OR A POSITION IN A RELATED OCCUPATION. MUST HAVE TWO YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WITH:

  • WORKING ACROSS ALL PHASES OF THE WATERFALL PROJECT DELIVERY FOR THE DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT, TESTING AND IMPLEMENTATION OF WEB-BASED APPLICATIONS SOLUTIONS FOR ENTERPRISE-LEVEL CLIENTS;
  • ANALYZING CLIENT REQUIREMENTS, AND TRANSLATING REQUIREMENTS INTO PROJECT DESIGNS TO DELIVER SOLUTIONS THAT SATISFY CLIENT NEEDS BY CREATING ACTIVITY, SEQUENCE, AND CLASS DIAGRAMS USING UNIFIED MODELING LANGUAGE METHODOLOGY AND ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT TOOL;
  • USING ASP.NET WEB FORM, ASP.NET MVC, C#, VB.NET, ORACLE, VISUAL STUDIO, ANGULARJS, JAVASCRIPT, HTML5, BOOTSTRAP, CSS3, TELERIK CONTROLS, ADOBE EXPERIENCE MANAGER, WINDOWS COMMUNICATION FOUNDATION, SQL DEVELOPER, AND TEAM FOUNDATION SERVER TO SUPPORT THE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF PROJECT SOLUTIONS;
  • USING MICROSOFT UNIT TEST, MICROSOFT FAKES, MICROSOFT TEST MANAGER, AND MICROSOFT VISUAL STUDIO TEST EXPLORER TO SUPPORT AND PERFORM THE FOLLOWING TYPES OF TESTING TO ENSURE SUCCESSFUL DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF PROJECT SOLUTIONS: UNIT TESTING AND SYSTEM INTEGRATION TESTING;
  • SUPPORTING THE IMPLEMENTATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE DEVELOPED APPLICATIONS; AND
  • DESIGNING REPORT TEMPLATES TO USE ACROSS THE APPLICATION FOR GENERATING DAILY, MONTHLY AND ANNUAL REPORTS FOR PROCESSES IN THE APPLICATION USING SQL SERVER REPORTING SERVICES (SSRS) AND MICROSOFT SQL SERVER MANAGEMENT STUDIO.
