Work You’ll Do
Oversee engagement planning, economics, and billing and oversee proposal development efforts. Serve as a subject matter expert with respect to market trends and competitor activities. Evaluate, counsel, mentor and provide feedback on performance of others. Play substantive/lead role in retention of professionals and in building staff complement, mix, and recruiting. Oversee the selection and tailoring of approaches, methods, and tools to support service offerings or industry projects. Construct and assess high-level and detailed security programs translating business needs and regulatory requirements into cost-effective and risk-appropriate controls. Identify opportunities to improve engagement profitability. Understand clients’ business environment and basic risk management approaches. Develop information security strategies and plans based upon generally accepted security standards. Utilize knowledge of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls, business and information technology management processes, and market trends on client engagements. Build and nurture strong client relationships.

Requirements
- Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronic Engineering, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).
- Five years of Oracle Identity Analytics (OIA) and Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) experience.
- Experience must include five years of:
- Performing application maintenance and fixing end user’s role based access requirements in the platform;
- Coordinating the upgrade of applications and certification renewals from the OIM end in testing and communication;
- Interacting extensively with business and vendors support teams in solving business queries and issues occurring on the environment;
- Scheduling system approvals for approving/rejecting changes, including versioning of roles, addition, and deletion of policies or membership changes from OIM /OIA admin console;
- Analyzing functional and business requirements to develop technical requirement specifications with process design flow, error handling, assumptions, constraints and risks;
- Coordinating patching schedule in application servers for pre and post-patching environments, executing Role membership sync query to identify stuck fulfillments, and remediating through scheduled jobs;
- Utilizing Onboarding Resources and entitlements in Oracle Identity Analytics and Oracle Identity Manager;
- Loading AD entitlements for application based Roles, fixing non-sync issues with Roles and entitlement in Oracle Identity Manager and Oracle Identity Analytics, and performing SQL query tuning;
- Providing analysis for space, CPU starvation, threads, and out of memory issues in node agents or server instances that impact application availability; and
- Reviewing RFCs in change management queue and making flow through designed flow levels for implementing desired change.
