Work you’ll do/Responsibilities 

• implement and configure ServiceNow for Cloud Managed Services clients and projects and serve as an initial point for Information Technology Service Management. Additionally, oversee and provide operational daily and weekly cloud infrastructure health checks—managing incidents, change, and problems across the enterprise. To be successful, you must be well organized and have a high degree of focus on details.

• Focus on structuring and restructuring processes, identifying and implementing scope, and assessing the improvement or design requirements of ITIL v3-based service management processes and related documentation—editing, formatting, and publishing of ITSM process documentation. as required

• Define, develop, document, and train shift on the service-level management process and procedures

• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with project team, service delivery managers and cloud engineering teams

• Implement established developed Service-Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal customers

• Work with change managers to understand the Service Lifecycle Management requirements for proposed new services and changes

The US Systems Engineering Offering delivers large scale software applications and integrated systems and assists its clients with architecture design, assessment and optimization, and definition. The practice aims at developing service-oriented architecture (SOA) and other integration solutions to enable information sharing and management between business partners and disparate processes and systems. It would focus on key client issues that impact the core business by delivering operational value, driving down the cost of quality, and enhancing technology innovation.


Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s in Science or equivalent work experience 

• 6+ years experience with ServiceNow ITSM Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, Release, and ITSM tool implantation 

• 6+ years of experience Implementing ServiceNow process, workflow and ticketing queues for ITSM functionality

• Experience defining implementation of an ITSM process development and improvement roadmap for multiple ITIL framed processes to improve alignment and business outcomes for the IT operations department

• Develop and possibly deliver ITSM training (Incident, Change Management, Problem Management, Request Management, Access Management, etc.)

• Must have or be able to obtain an Active Top-Secret Clearance

• Must live in or able to relocate to Gilbert, AZ, Mechanicsburg, PA, or Lake Mary, FL area.

• Travel up to 20% annually (While 20% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.


Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Top Secret Clearance

• IAT II Level (minimum) or Security+ 

• 8140 and 8570 Cyber Security Certifications

• DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certifications – DoD Cyber Exchange
