Work you’ll do

  • Serve as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions.
  • Problem solve and offer ideas to solve client issues.
  • Identify efficiencies and innovative approaches.
  • Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of current systems by consolidating and automating unique workflows that are either on separate and/or processed manually.
  • Assist in accelerating agency efforts to develop a platform that will meet the needs of various programs administered by the client and conforms to enterprise architectural design.
  • Develop your skills through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients.

Required Qualifications

       Must possess a minimum of 5+ years of experience practicing and mastering the following skills as a Salesforce Developer: Salesforce Integration, REST API, Data Migration, Unit Testing, Experience working in an Agile environment, Development, Visualforce pages, Custom Objects, Apex Programming.

       Overall years of Salesforce Development experience must be equivalent to at least 6+ years total.

       Must possess a bachelor’s degree

       Must have at least 6 years or more of proven experience working as a part of team with a minimum of 2+ years guiding/mentoring less experience Salesforce Developers

  • Required Certifications: Must possess two of the following Salesforce Certifications to be considered for this opportunity; An Advanced Salesforce Developer Certification or a Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification or a Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification.
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing source controls on a Salesforce project.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future as well as maintain the required clearance for this role.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  •  Limited Sponsorship may be available.
  • Prior Consulting background is strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

       MBA / MS degree preferred but not required.

       Prior Big 4 or other professional services experienced preferred with a professional services or federal consulting background.

  • Additional Salesforce Certifications among the required Salesforce Certifications is strongly preferred.
  • Understanding of Salesforce Design and Development Best Practices, Apex Design. 

       Strong ability to work in a team environment with some prior lead salesforce development experience is strongly preferred.
