Job Responsibilities/Description:

Meeting & Event Services (MES) is currently searching for a Registration Specialist (3-5 years’ experience) to support client–facing marketing events sponsored by Deloitte’s Green Dot agency and businesses. This individual will primarily be responsible for coordinating and execution of event assets including but not limited to the following: invitation and registration site development and distribution, analytics reporting, event landing page development, and event asset management.

The Work You’ll Do

  • Collaborate and team closely with aligned MES event planners, campaign managers, and strategic marketing planners, to identify, develop, execute, and deliver tactical event assets that support event strategy
  • Provide consultation to internal businesses on Deloitte’s policies and procedures around marketing automation tools, best practices on invitation language, performance benchmarks, and driving attendance through invitee targeting strategies
  • Delivers exceptional client service with a consultative, solutions-oriented approach
  • Resolves issues for invitees and addresses complex issues and questions related to the registration site (customer service, program or technical questions)
  • Strict adherence to registration process and brand standards
  • Delivers registration reports and event performance metrics as requested
  • Frequent interaction and communication with firm leadership, internal and external clients through meeting registration
  • Post meeting reporting and reconciliation
  • Responsible for maintaining quality and data integrity
  • Assists in the development and implementation of process improvement strategies and initiatives
  • Participates in the testing, documentation and team training for new registration processes and enhancements
  • Supports Registration Manager with registration related projects
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned


  • BA/BS required; 3-5 years of related experience, preferably in marketing, communications, meetings/events
  • Entry-to-mid-level email marketing experience preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and working experience with registration platforms (Splash preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with a consultative style
  • Technical savviness and comfort working in new, robust systems
  • Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and interact with all levels of management
  • Ability to handle high volume workload and achieve results—with minimal supervision—in an intense, fast-paced, virtual team environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
