Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
Perform a role of an integration point between Business/Ops team and development team. Document the business requirements and convert them into technical/functional specifications – working in collaboration with Dev team and Architects
Ability to set up and drive the working sessions with Business and Dev teams to document requirements, drive consensus and approach to implementation of business requirements
Involvement in review of system design, architecture and code reviews. Guide the development team to ensure the code built meets the business requirements

Qualifications
Required
- Working knowledge and experience in various software programming languages (JAVA stack, ETL stack, API Integration)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/sprint ceremonies
- Involvement in testing to ensure test cases are able to trace back to the business requirements, perform review and validation of test results
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
