Work you’ll do 

  • Develop organization change strategy related to statewide online training and learning modules for PaaS (Platform as a Service) training and implementation for 500+ users
  • Create and deliver OCM training resources including but not limited to slide decks, roadmaps, online training materials, system documentation, online course modules and more
  • Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work
  • Assist in proposal development, as requested
  • Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients
  • Appeal to wide audiences through clear and succinct written and verbal communication
  • Manage client relationships and review junior practitioner contributions, as requested

Qualifications 


Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5 years of full time professional work experience in related human capital Organizational Change Management consulting
  • 3 years of experience in a Training and/or OCM Lead role on client facing projects 
  • 3 years of experience developing online training materials, system documentation and online course modules for 300+ end users
  • 3 years of experience developing and implementing OCM strategy for 300+ end users
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future 
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role 
  • Travel up to 25%; primary function of the role is full time remote with potential travel in the future
  • Due to COVID-19, certain on-site client work has been suspended until further notice, however, on-site work may be required on a case-by-case basis for this position

 

Preferred:

  • 1 year of experience as a Training Lead for clients on IT projects of similar size and scope using the proposed PaaS platform
  • 3 years of experience in Training and/or OCM Lead roles on projects in contracts totaling at least five million dollars
  • Previous human capital consulting experience supporting public sector clients
  • Previous experience managing interns/junior staff, or independently managing clients
