Work you’ll do
- Support Momentum-based financial systems upgrades and/or enhancements
- Perform Momentum software development activities that may include requirements gathering via process assessment, development and maintenance of configuration management, and system testing
- Create technical design specifications and installation scripts
- Supporting Program Management Office functions
- Analyzing business/functional capabilities
- Creating and updating functional design specifications for new or enhanced functionality
- Resolve defects and performance issues; completing technical reviews, supporting code migration, and create technical documentation as required
- Assist with creation of work plans, level of effort estimates, and release schedules
- Maintain and updating application configurations
- Developing use cases, test scenarios and test scripts
- Conducting unit, integration and user acceptance testing
- Prepare weekly and month status reports, and project briefings for senior clients and project leadership

The Finance & Enterprise Performance (F&EP) teams advise, implement, and deliver as-a-service solutions to help clients develop strategies and capabilities that support enterprise-wide decision-making, develop operating models to optimize organizational performance, improve finance operations, and create impact within their organizations.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active Top Secret security clearance or higher required
- 5+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience in financial analysis, implementation, transformation or strategic initiatives
- 1+ year of experience developing Momentum based system functionality
- Ability to travel 5-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
- Prior professional services or government consulting experience
- Experience performing development support one or more of the following Momentum modules: General Ledger, Budget Execution, Purchasing, Credit Card, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Automated Disbursements, External Reports, Planning, Workflow, Reports Portal, etc.
- Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
- Demonstrated experience in assessing federal financial business processes, developing financial systems options, and implementing system solution
- Knowledge of Federal or Department of Defense systems
- Experience creating technical design specifications and installation scripts
- Experience with BI Publisher reporting
- Comptia Security+ certification
