Position Summary

Senior Manager, Talent Strategic Integration Leader

 

Key Role Description:

HRST Teams will partner to reimagine how Talent fuels our businesses through innovative, customer-centric, digitally enabled talent services. The responsibilities of the HRST Talent Strategic integration team are to:

  • Identify and drive strategic initiatives and solutions to support Talent Channel priorities and Talent Transformation activities
  • Maintain the TT and HRST strategy, planning and roadmap that guides how we define and measure the transformation priorities
  • Leads the portfolio of TT projects including the overall TT business case, scope, schedule, and investments and change management activities for major transformation efforts. Coordinated with project leads across the portfolio, sample projects include: Avature, Talent Acquisition, and HXM.
  • Gather marketplace insights to proactively identify trends and disruptors that will inform the Talent strategy

 

The Talent Strategic Integration Team identifies opportunities for further exploration, connecting all the puzzle pieces together to articulate a story, and provides large-scale change management expertise to influence business and Talent leaders. This team collaborates with our Talent and Business leaders to guide strategic implementation of the multi-year TT roadmap which requires innovative thinking, portfolio management, critical analysis, strategic planning, cross-firm collaboration, investment management, market sensing, and change management. They provide assessments for the Talent Channel to determine potential investments and talent solutions.

 

The Senior Manager will work closely with HRST Senior Managers, TT Leadership Team, and Talent Leaders to develop a strategic implementation plan for TT priorities, measure progress and communicate impact, and advise and coordinate transformation strategies across Talent investments. Brings a Talent POV to the US Workforce and Talent Experience Strategies and gathers marketplace insights to determine what is next and inform future priorities. Partners with functional, geographic, and/or service lines to support the business and firm strategy.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Leads development of talent strategies and priorities to achieve Talent Channel and Talent Transformation objectives and aspirations.
  • Collaborates with other leaders and teams across Talent and the businesses to understand Talent priorities and drivers of business value.
  • Supports Talent Transformation portfolio management and change management activities and identifies strategies needed to meet business needs.
  • Leads market sensing activities of current business trends and leading practices to support transformation priorities.
  • Develops compelling, logically structured presentations and deliverables that will be shared at the Talent and business leadership level.
  • Leads portfolio-wide change management activities for major TT projects in the US firm, including driving adoption and business engagement, and providing input to strategic communications.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Current Senior Manager level (CL7) candidate
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related area
  • 12 years of professional experience
  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience
  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically
  • Ability to manage change and ambiguity
  • Apply problem-solving skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
