Position Summary

Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Services, LLC seeks a Senior Manager, Software Solutions Specialist in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Work You’ll Do

Analyze and resolve enterprise software issues and needs including improvement of system efficiency and integration of existing software applications into ERP & CRM solutions. Leads team of professionals who are involved in enterprise software administration, programming, and analysis. Oversees the Development and implementation of business plans, policies, and procedures. Collaborates with other departments to prioritize enterprise resource planning (ERP). Evaluate results within business unit to determine if organizational objectives are being met. Manages and provides career development to team members.


Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science, Engineering (any) or a related field and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or in a Software Solutions Specialist; Consultant-related occupation.

Position requires experience in the following special skills:

  1. Work with SAP Commercial Project Management (CPM), SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Professional Services (PS) modules.
  2. Develop training mechanisms and contribute to the SAP specialist network.
  3. Perform SAP ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system analysis, and define, develop, implement, and test system strategy and requirements.
  4. Translate business processes into system requirements for enterprise software packages including ERP (SAP S/4 HANA and ECC).
  5. Create enterprise software solutions using SAP Sales & Distribution (SAP SD), SAP Master Data Management (SAP MDM), SAP Logistics Execution, and SAP Pricing.
  6. Implement SAP projects using SAP Activate methodology (Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy and Run) and leverage ‘Model Company’ and ‘Cloud Trial’ concepts to prepare applications for client.
  7. Work with SAP BODS and Syniti ADM (advanced data migration) tools including customer master data, material master data, pricing master data and financial balances and documents.
