We are looking for a seasoned strategy professional to join the Deloitte Risk and Financial Advisory Strategy team. If you are curious, creative, comfortable with ambiguity, and excited by the idea of exploring and influencing how strategy, innovation, and technology will shape the future for Deloitte and its clients across industries, then you may be the right fit for the role.

This is a full-time role with limited travel.

Work you’ll do:

As a Senior Manager overseeing strategy efforts for Deloitte Risk and Financial Advisory, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the business’ growth priorities. Typical activities will include:

  • Engaging with business units to create strategies for growth and to resolve complex business challenges
  • Identifying and prioritizing growth opportunities, informing investment decisions
  • Accelerating the creation and monetization of new lines of business
  • Designing and helping implement new business models
  • Driving strategy alignment through the organization
  • Delivering market intelligence to leadership


  • 10+ years of relevant experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy roles
  • Ability to work effectively with executive leadership / the C-Suite
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous and rapidly changing environment
  • Experience leading teams, ability to work remotely with a multi-disciplinary team
  • Strong project management and organization skills, ability to simultaneously manage/ execute multiple strategic initiatives
  • Diplomacy, poise, maturity and empathy are all key attributes for success
  • Limited immigration sponsorship available
  • Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
