What you’ll do
As a Tax Senior Manager, you will work within an engagement team and draw on experience in accounting and taxation to provide tax compliance and consulting services to multinational clients on the tax implications of their international operations. You will identify complex tax issues and provide tax analysis and recommendations for these entities and their affiliates. Additional responsibilities will include:
Assisting clients with their implementation of specific international tax compliance technology and processes.
Overseeing and reviewing complex tax computation projects for clients in diverse industries.
Researching and preparing materials for compliance projects related to tax planning considerations.
Providing leadership, counseling, and career guidance for the development and motivation of the engagement team.
Supervising Tax Consultants, Senior Consultants, and Managers.

Qualifications
Required:
8+ years’ experience providing tax planning services or preparing and reviewing client work, preferably with a focus on international taxation
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or other business-related field
Licensed attorney, CPA, or Enrolled Agent
Experience managing senior-level client relationships
Experience participating in strategic planning initiatives
Experience leading tax compliance and related advisory services calculations and processes
Ability to travel 50% , on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
Previous Big 4, public accounting or consulting experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong research skills and executive presence
Strong tax technology experience
Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado or Nevada, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and the State of Nevada and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $151,900 to $282,100.
