Senior Manager – Financial Reporting
Oversees the management of personnel, systems, processes and relevant controls to support the financial reporting for the US Deloitte Member Firms and subsidiaries.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the multiple processes and personnel to support the global platform which enables the financial reporting of the Deloitte US entities.
- Manage financial reporting team that produces consolidated and subsidiary financial statements for US Member Firm including India statutory reporting and reporting to global network.
- Collaborate with Treasury team to support quarterly lender compliance communications and debt issuance.
- Discuss and determine application of accounting concepts with senior management for presentation in financial statements.
- Assist Managing Director – Financial Reporting on special projects and present results to senior leadership.
- Develop and design, in cooperation with senior management, any new financial statements or reports (e.g., GAAP, GSA) required or requested.
- Prepare analyses of partners’ capital.
- Manage responses to various ad-hoc reporting and special reporting requests.
- Develop and improve existing financial reporting processes with focus on standardization and optimization.
- Develop a detailed understanding of the relevant Firms’ complex infrastructure and reporting requirements.
- Support end-to-end SAP G/L accounting processes, including reporting methodologies, account analysis, and testing of software modifications (in concert with product development).
- Emphasis on internal controls, continual process improvement, automation, and training of various stakeholders are essential.
- Manage multiple organization structures for all Deloitte entities including master data maintenance, requiring in-depth communication with the US Firms’ Controller, Deloitte LLP Controller, and other Lead Controllers and FP&A to continuously ensure accurate management financial reporting.

- Must be able to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Ability to work across multiple levels of leadership and across diverse cultures, time zones, and geographies.
Qualifications:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
- CPA.
- 10+ years relevant experience.
- Experience with financial analysis and consolidations.
- Strong technical aptitude relating to accounting systems.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft software including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred:
- Prior Workiva, Analysis for Office and SAP experience.
- Project management experience.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,100-$208,300.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance
