Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Manager, Enterprise Performance, Supply Chain and Network Operations in Miami, FL and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

MANAGE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PROJECTS INCLUDING SOFTWARE ADVISORY AND IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES TO HELP BRING WORLD CLASS SUPPLY CHAIN NETWORK CAPABILITIES, OPERATIONAL KNOW-HOW, DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES, ADVANCED ANALYTICS, AND INDUSTRY-SPECIFIC HYBRID SOLUTIONS. EVALUATE THE TECHNOLOGY NEEDS OF AN ORGANIZATION, DEVELOP STRATEGIES TO INCREASE THE COMPANY'S PROFITABILITY; DESIGN AND IMPLEMENT PLANS TO COMPLY WITH LEGISLATION AND ENSURE BUSINESS GROWTH. MANAGE DAY TO DAY INTERACTIONS WITH EXECUTIVES AND SPONSORS; DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN CONTACT WITH TOP DECISION MAKERS; AND ORGANIZE AND LEAD PURSUIT TEAMS. LEAD AND DELIVER COMPONENTS OF ENGAGEMENTS THAT IDENTIFY, DESIGN, AND IMPLEMENT CREATIVE BUSINESS SOLUTIONS FOR LARGE COMPANIES. PARTICIPATE AND LEAD ASPECTS OF THE PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT PROCESS; CONTRIBUTE TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROPOSAL PRICING STRATEGIES. PERFORM ROLE OF COUNSELOR AND COACH; ACTIVELY PARTICIPATE IN STAFF RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION ACTIVITIES; PROVIDE LEADERSHIP AND SUPPORT FOR DELIVERY TEAMS AND STAFF IN LOCAL OFFICES. IMPROVE INTERNAL PROCESSES, AND PROMOTE SUPPLY CHAIN KNOWLEDGE SHARING IN THE TEAM, BY CONTRIBUTING TO THE COMMUNITY OF PRACTICE, BLOGS, AND OTHER FORMS OF MARKET EMINENCE. DEVELOP PRACTICAL SOLUTIONS AND METHODOLOGIES; DEVELOP "THOUGHTWARE" AND "POINT-OF-VIEW" DOCUMENTS; PARTICIPATE IN PUBLIC SPEAKING EVENTS. DEVELOP AND EXECUTE NETWORKING STRATEGIES, SALES TRACKING MECHANISMS, PITCH PRESENTATIONS AND ANALYZE DOCUMENTS AIMED AT INCREASING CLIENT ENGAGEMENTS USING DATA VISUALIZATION AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT TOOLS.

Requirements

REQUIRES A MASTER'S DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, ANY STEM DEGREE, OR A RELATED FIELD AND FOUR (4) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE JOB OFFERED OR IN A RELATED OCCUPATION. IN THE ALTERNATIVE, THE EMPLOYER WILL ACCEPT A BACHELOR'S DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) AND SIX (6) YEARS OF PROGRESSIVELY RESPONSIBLE RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE JOB OFFERED OR IN A RELATED OCCUPATION. MUST ALSO HAVE FOUR (4) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE INVOLVING EACH OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • EVALUATING THE NEEDS OF AN ORGANIZATION, DEVELOPING STRATEGIES TO INCREASE THE COMPANY'S PROFITABILITY, DESIGNING AND IMPLEMENTING PLANS TO COMPLY WITH LEGISLATION AND ENSURING BUSINESS GROWTH UTILIZING MATURITY LEVEL FRAMEWORKS, FINANCIAL ANALYSIS, BENCHMARKS AND BEST-IN CLASS EXAMPLES, ART OF THE POSSIBLE SESSIONS, STRATEGY FRAMEWORKS, AND SQL, EXCEL, AND TABLEAU FOR DATA ANALYSIS AND VISUALIZATION;
  • PARTICIPATING AND LEADING ASPECTS OF THE PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT PROCESS AND CONTRIBUTING TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROPOSAL PRICING STRATEGIES;
  • PERFORMING THE ROLE OF COUNSELOR AND COACH, ACTIVELY PARTICIPATING IN STAFF RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION ACTIVITIES, AND PROVIDING LEADERSHIP AND SUPPORT FOR DELIVERY TEAMS AND STAFF IN LOCAL OFFICES;

  • MANAGING DAY TO DAY INTERACTIONS WITH EXECUTIVES AND SPONSORS, DEVELOPING AND MAINTAINING CONTACT WITH TOP DECISION MAKERS, AND ORGANIZING AND LEADING PURSUIT TEAMS;
  • LEADING GLOBAL PROJECT TEAMS AND PROJECT DELIVERY, TRACKING AND RESOLVING KEY ISSUES AND RISKS TO BUDGET, SCOPE AND RESOURCES UTILIZING PROJECT MANAGEMENT TOOLS INCLUDING MICROSOFT (MS) PROJECT PLAN, RISK AND ISSUES LOG TRACKER, MS TEAMS, ZOOM, MS EXCEL, AND POWERPOINT;
  • EXECUTING CLIENT DELIVERABLES IN THE RETAIL AND CONSUMER INDUSTRIES INCLUDING PROJECT TIMELINE, SUPPLY CHAIN CAPABILITIES ASSESSMENT, BUSINESS CASE, AND ANALYTICS ENGINES PER BUSINESS SPECIFICATIONS AND AGREED TIMELINES UTILIZING MS EXCEL, MS POWERPOINT, TABLEAU, POWERBI, AND SQL;
  • DEVELOPING PRACTICAL SOLUTIONS AND METHODOLOGIES, PARTICIPATING IN PUBLIC SPEAKING EVENTS, DEVELOPING "THOUGHTWARE" AND "POINT-OF-VIEW" DOCUMENTS UTILIZING RESEARCH TOOLS INCLUDING GARTNER AND EUROMONITOR, BENCHMARKS, ANALYTICS TOOLS INCLUDING SQL, EXCEL, AND TABLEAU; AND
