Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Manager, Enterprise Performance, SAP in Costa Mesa, California and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

Lead information technology projects including SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions; select the most relevant SAP tools/techniques to meet specific requirements such as business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Manage day to day interactions with executives and sponsors; develop and maintain contact with top decision makers; and organize and lead pursuit teams. Manage and deliver components of engagements; work to improve their ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes, and promote SAP knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence. Develop practical solutions and methodologies; develop "thoughtware" and "point-of-view" documents; participate in public speaking events.

Requirements 

Masters degree (or foreign equivalent) degree in Business Administration, any STEM field or a related field and four (4) years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) and six (6) years of progressively responsible related work experience. Must also have four (4) years of experience with: Leading and strategizing project roadmaps by performing assessments on a variety of business solutions; creating use-cases, pricing and interpreting and reporting on outputs, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Project, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint; Contributing to end-to-end sales proposal cycles covering Advise, Operate and Implement phases of large transformation programs; Counselling and coaching practitioners on technology and non-technology related areas participating in talent reviews and performance evaluations; Interacting and providing executive-level reports using MS Excel and MS PowerPoint on statuses and forecasts; Evaluating, planning and architecting platform modernizations aligning to SAP roadmaps utilizing SAP Roadmap Explorer and SAP Transformation Navigator; Evaluating the technology needs of an organization, developing strategies to increase the company's profitability; designing and implementing plans to comply with legislation and ensuring business growth, utilizing SAP S/4HANA solutions; Leading global project teams and project delivery; tracking and resolving key issues and risks to budget, scope and resources; Executing client deliverables including Implementation Plan, Software Development Strategy, Infrastructure Strategy, Reporting Strategy, Testing Strategy, Hypercare Strategy per business specifications and agreed timelines, utilizing Hybrid Agile methodologies; Building eminence on thought leadership across business-driven technology components and addressing leadership forums on architecture-related topics; and Developing and executing networking strategies, sales tracking mechanisms, pitch presentations and analysis documents aimed at increasing client engagements using data visualization and project management tools including MS Project, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
