Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Manager, Enterprise Performance, SAP in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

Manage and deliver large, complex information technology project engagements that identify, design and implement creative business and technology solutions and contribute to the firms growth and development. Manage engagement risk and project economics, including planning and budgeting, manage accounts receivable, define deliverable content and ensure buy-in of proposed solutions from client top management. Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients, organize and lead pursuit teams, participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process and contribute to proposal pricing strategy. Develop solutions and methodologies, develop thought ware and point-of-view documents, public speaking and publication in industry periodicals. Perform role of counselor and coach, provide input and guidance into the firm staffing process and actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities. Develop a global community of SAP Supply Chain and Digital Manufacturing practitioners across Deloitte. Lead and support Smart Factory and Digital Manufacturing Transformation pursuits and Practice Development initiatives. Lead the design, implementation and deployment of Smart Factory and Industry 4.0 solutions. Develop external eminence across Smart Factory capabilities in Supply Chain talent group. Promote and foster collaboration between Supply Chain practitioners in SAP practice and across Deloitte. Promote an effective forum for sharing Smart Factory and Manufacturing expertise. Strengthen Deloitte collective SCM (Supply Chain Management) knowledge, helping resolve clients supply chain and manufacturing challenges.

Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering (Any), or a related field and four (4) years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) and six (6) years of progressive related work experience. Must also have four (4) years of related work experience involving each of the following:

  • Leading the development efforts on Smart Factory digital journey through the design and implementation of capabilities that combine Lean manufacturing best practices, change management, advanced analytics, and the integration of industrial manufacturing technologies, utilizing SAP MII (Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence), SAP ECC (ERP Central Component), SAP PCo (Plant Connectivity), Kepware, and OSI PI (Open Systems Interconnection  Process Information);
  • Collaborating and developing client relationships to identify and develop road maps for new opportunities with clients, and position follow-on engagements;
  • Developing capabilities to improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), decrease variable costs, increase product quality, and establish a data-driven, continuous improvement culture for clients across multiple industries;
  • Leading the design and implementation of Production Planning, Manufacturing Integration and Execution Solutions, Asset Monitoring, Quality Management and Analytics solutions based on clients local and global business needs;
  • Defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures in the implementation of Digital Manufacturing Transformation and Smart Factory solutions;
  • Leading requirement analysis, solution design, effort estimation, resource and project planning, and governance utilizing Microsoft (MS) Suite and delivering projects utilizing Agile methodology, Micro Focus ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) Octane, and Atlassian Jira;
  • Supporting large enterprise and multi plant rollouts through SAP Manufacturing suite, including system and integration architecture, landscape design, sizing and high availability;
  • Defining change management and transport management setup for managing custom application development utilizing SAP SolMan (Solution Manager), SAP NWDI (NetWeaver Development Infrastructure), and SAP CTS (Change and Transport System); and
  • Establishing system monitoring and defect management and sustainability strategy for effective operations management of manufacturing IT solutions.
