Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Manager, Enterprise Performance, Oracle in San Jose, CA and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

Manage software development and implementation services to address manufacturing, financial, supply chain, and other business needs throughout the enterprise, utilizing Oracle products. Manage and deliver components of engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for large companies, including managing teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures of Oracle modules. Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Evaluate the technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation to ensure business growth.

  • 80% Travel required nationally.

Requirements 

MASTERS DEGREE OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, ANY STEM FIELD, OR A RELATED FIELD. FOUR YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE JOB OFFERED OR IN A RELATED OCCUPATION. IN THE ALTERNATIVE, THE EMPLOYER IS WILLING TO ACCEPT A BACHELORS DEGREE OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT IN A STATED FIELD AND SIX YEARS OF PROGRESSIVELY RESPONSIBLE EXPERIENCE AS NOTED ABOVE. MUST HAVE FOUR YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WITH:

  • LEADING LARGE, ERP IMPLEMENTATION PROJECTS IN SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNING AND FINANCE ACROSS MULTIPLE INDUSTRIES LEVERAGING ORACLE SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNING, MANUFACTURING, FINANCE SUIT OF APPLICATIONS; DEVELOPING POST IMPLEMENTATION GO-LIVE SUPPORT STRATEGY, CONSTRUCTING THE TRANSITION PLAN FROM THE PROJECT TEAM TO THE SUPPORT TEAM, AND SUPPORTING AND MAINTAINING ORACLE SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNING, MANUFACTURING, FINANCIALS, INTEGRATIONS, MIDDLEWARE, REPORTING APPLICATIONS INCLUDING BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE (BI), ORACLE BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ENTERPRISE EDITION (OBIEE), AND TECHNOLOGY INFRASTRUCTURE;
  • LEADING IT ENGAGEMENTS CONSISTING OF APPLICATIONS SUPPORT AND DEVELOPMENT, DATABASE AND APPLICATIONS UPGRADES;
  • LEADING ENGAGEMENT PLANNING AND BUDGETING, MOBILIZING AND MANAGING ENGAGEMENT TEAMS, DEFINING DELIVERABLE STRUCTURE AND CONTENT, FACILITATING BUY-IN OF PROPOSED SOLUTIONS FROM LEADERSHIP, AND MANAGING ENGAGEMENT ECONOMICS;
  • DEVELOPING AND MAINTAINING CONTACT WITH TOP DECISION MAKERS AT KEY BUSINESSES ORGANIZING AND LEADING PURSUIT TEAMS, PARTICIPATING AND LEADING ASPECTS OF THE PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT PROCESS, AND CONTRIBUTING TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROPOSAL PRICING STRATEGIES; AND
  • DEVELOPING PRACTICAL SOLUTIONS AND METHODOLOGIES FOR ORACLE ENTERPRISE BUSINESS SYSTEMS OR EQUIVALENT CLOUD APPLICATIONS-BASED BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION, POST-PRODUCTION SUPPORT, AND SERVICE DELIVERY.
