Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Manager, Enterprise Performance, Finance & Enterprise Performance in New York, NY and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

Manage the creation of innovative and transformative technology solutions that address next generational needs including the creation of effective visions, strategies and roadmaps, in direct alignment and support of business and technology objectives. Manage teams that provide organization leaders with the capabilities and tools to build flexible, innovative business models that create and capture value for the organization. Lead and manage engagement planning and budgeting by defining deliverable structure, content and delivery while managing risks and quality of delivery. Lead and participate in proposal development and contribute to the development of pricing strategies for existing project extensions and new opportunities.

  • 80% Travel required nationally.
  • Telecommuting permitted.



Masters degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field and four (4) years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) and six (6) years of progressive related work experience. Must also have four (4) years of related work experience involving each of the following:

  • Creating portfolio plans based on growth projections from the Finance Planning and Analysis, Space and Occupancy teams, business leadership, and forecasting trends;
  • Leveraging data, metrics, economic and geopolitical, and local market insights to effectively convey complex real estate strategies to stakeholders;
  • Developing and managing a SaaS tool focused on Corporate Real Estate Analytics which enables organizations to aggregate disparate data sources to provide insights and target areas of opportunity within a portfolio for improving efficiency and effectiveness, scenario testing, and financial analyses;
  • Formulating market strategy and directing strategic sales on smart building services, digital workplace, corporate real estate, workplace design, and strategy services;
  • Managing all stages of the design and development of corporate real estate and workplace strategic solutions to transform operations into modern, data-driven, and creative focused organizations;
  • Developing digital transformation strategy and roadmaps for real estate and shared services organizations and accelerating adoption of emerging and leading digital technologies including sensors, workplace apps, and smart building systems;
  • Designing and guiding digital fluency bootcamps to equip stakeholders with an understanding of digital trends and technologies specific to real estate and workplace functions;
  • Managing the lifecycle of projects including sales, planning, resourcing, delivery, quality, risk, and execution through integrated Program Management tools (including Slack, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce and Microsoft Project);
  • Developing new products, services, capabilities, dashboards, big data workplace analytics, and IoT (Internet of Things) for innovative solutions to meet business needs; and
  • Responding to formal RFPs in the sales cycle with pricing options, associated team structures, and schedules.
