Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Manager, Customer & Marketing, Advertising, Marketing, & Commerce in Portland, Oregon and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

ADVISE ON BUSINESS ARCHITECTURE, PROJECT DELIVERY, AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT. RECOMMEND TECHNOLOGY SOLUTION DEVELOPMENT AND INTEGRATION ACROSS THE ORGANIZATION. PROVIDE CONSULTATIONS AS THEY RELATE TO REQUIREMENTS GATHERING AND PROVIDING FUNCTIONAL SPECS FOR INTEGRATION SOLUTION. PROVIDING RECOMMENDATIONS AND RESEARCHING BRAND NEW TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS FOR THE CLIENT TO ADJUST TO CHANGING MARKET DEMANDS. GATHERING AND ORGANIZING INFORMATION ABOUT CLIENT ISSUES AND/OR PROCEDURES TO BE IMPROVED.  PERFORMING ASSESSMENTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE ENTIRE TRANSFORMATION PROJECT. INTERVIEWING PERSONNEL AND CONDUCTING ONSITE OBSERVATIONS TO DETERMINE THE METHODS, EQUIPMENT, AND PERSONNEL THAT WILL BE NEEDED FOR EACH PROJECT. CROSS-CHANNEL CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT STRATEGY, DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT (WEB, MOBILE, SOCIAL, AND PHYSICAL). PROVIDE CONSULTATION ON ECOMMERCE STRATEGY, IMPLEMENTATION AND OPERATIONS. PROVIDE MARKETING CONTENT AND DIGITAL ASSET MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS. MARKET TECHNOLOGY AND ADVERTISE TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS. MARKET ANALYTICS IMPLEMENTATION AND OPERATIONS. WORK WITH CLIENT ON AGILE DELIVERY, DESIGN-THINKING PROJECTS THAT ACCELERATE RESULTS. ANALYZE DATA, INCLUDING REVENUE, EXPENDITURE, AND EMPLOYMENT REPORTS. ENGAGING WITH MANAGEMENT ON HOW TO IMPROVE OVERALL BEST PRACTICES TO MEET THE ORGANIZATIONAL GOALS AND OBJECTIVES.

Requirements 

BACHELOR'S DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, ANY STEM FIELD OR A RELATED FIELD AND SIX (6) YEARS OF PROGRESSIVELY RESPONSIBLE EXPERIENCE IN THE OFFERED POSITION OR A POSITION IN A RELATED OCCUPATION. MUST HAVE SIX (6) YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WITH: WORKING ACROSS ALL PHASES OF THE WATERFALL, AGILE PROJECT DELIVERY AND SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LIFE CYCLE (SDLC) FOR THE DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT, TESTING AND IMPLEMENTATION OF DIGITAL COMMERCE AND MARKETING PLATFORMS FOR ENTERPRISE-LEVEL CLIENTS; INTERFACING DIRECTLY WITH CLIENT STAKEHOLDERS TO GATHER FUNCTIONAL AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS, ANALYZING CLIENT REQUIREMENTS, AND TRANSLATING REQUIREMENTS INTO PROJECT DESIGNS TO DELIVER SOLUTIONS THAT SATISFY CLIENT NEEDS USING MICROSOFT (MS) VISIO, MS POWERPOINT AND JIRA; USING CREATIVE CONCEPTS, STRATEGIC PLANNING WORKSHOPS, UX AND CUSTOMER JOURNEY WORKSHOPS, TECHNICAL ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNS (TAD), AND PROOF OF CONCEPTS (POCS) TO LEAD THE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF DIRECT TO CONSUMER (DTC), BUSINESS TO BUSINESS (B2B), BUSINESS TO CONSUMER (B2C)  DIGITAL COMMERCE (E-COMMERCE) AND MARKETING APPLICATIONS PROJECT SOLUTIONS; TRACKING AND REPORTING ON PROJECT MILESTONES, DELIVERABLES STATUS, FINANCIAL CONTROLS, AND STAFFING TO ENSURE TIMELY PROJECT DELIVERY AND COMMUNICATION OF UPDATES TO INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS USING JIRA, CONFLUENCE, AND ADVANCED MS EXCEL; COORDINATING THE PROJECT RESPONSIBILITIES OF CROSS-FUNCTIONAL ONSHORE, AND OFFSHORE TEAM MEMBERS TO ENSURE EFFICIENT COMPLETION OF PROJECT TASKS; OVERSEEING FUNCTIONAL, REGRESSION, SMOKE, SYSTEM INTEGRATION TESTING (SIT), USER ACCEPTANCE TESTING (UAT), SECURITY, PERFORMANCE AND AUTOMATION TESTING TO ENSURE SUCCESSFUL QUALITY OF DTC, B2B, B2C  E-COMMERCE AND MARKETING APPLICATIONS PROJECT SOLUTIONS USING JIRA AND SELENIUM; SUPPORTING BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT, CLIENT PRESENTATIONS AND RESPONSES TO REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS (RFPS); ADVISING ON GO-TO-MARKET STRATEGY, BUSINESS OPERATIONS, BUSINESS ARCHITECTURE, TECHNICAL ARCHITECTURE, CHANGE MANAGEMENT, RISK MANAGEMENT, INDUSTRY BEST PRACTICES, AND CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE TO DELIVER OPTIMAL SOLUTIONS TO CLIENTS; ANALYZING BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS AND PROVIDING RECOMMENDATIONS TO CLIENTS IN THE AREAS OF E-COMMERCE, CONTENT MANAGEMENT (CM), DIGITAL ASSET MANAGEMENT, INFRASTRUCTURE, ANALYTICS, AND INTEGRATION.
