Deloitte LLP seeks a Senior Manager, Client Experiences in New York, NY.

Work You’ll Do

Support national or local special projects, test creative and innovative approaches that could be leveraged in the Deloitte Greenhouse portfolio, and lead team and operations management. Manage teams within Deloitte's Greenhouse. Manage client relationships. Provide support to site leads and Deloitte account teams with business development and stakeholder engagement. Maintain accountability for lab designs. Provide feedback to both drive the design forward and build the design capabilities of the lab team. Identify appropriate subject-matter advisors to bring into the lab, conduct pre-lab interviews as appropriate, and ensure an immersive experience for lab participants. Lead lab delivery on a day-to-day basis, including serving as the lead facilitator, and identifying opportunities for in-session design or delivery changes. Engage all lab participants, synthesizing key insights and takeaways during facilitation, and ensure an exceptional experience for clients and Deloitte teams. Oversee project management for all assigned labs, including providing support and guidance to lab teams and tracking milestones. Identify and resolve risks. Develop, maintain and respond to incoming requests from clients and internal account teams interested in designing and delivering customized experiences for the Deloitte Greenhouse. Demonstrate strong facilitation and presentation skills, including the ability to analyze and address client challenges and draw out key talking points. Lead special projects.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, International Business, International Relations, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).
  • Four years of experience performing project and process management.
  • Experience must include four years of:
    • Leading pre-planning activities and ensuring customizations for client experiences, and performing planning in alignment with client needs;
    • Developing strategy materials and coordinating logistics, and developing client communications including marketing and case studies, and creating strategy modules;
    • Overseeing tracking and reporting processes, including database management, and supporting the coordination and execution of strategy development;
    • Collaborating with team members to conduct research to enhance client experience, engaging with internal resources and client team members to gather and finalize strategy plans for engagement sessions, including establishing milestones and deliverables;
    • Collaborating with business and external partners to construct and orchestrate strategic developments, and promoting high-quality deliverables to account teams in support of client goals;
    • Developing communications and strategy for international portfolios for multinational clients, including Fortune 500 companies, and diagnosing challenges to ensure customization of client experiences;
    • Developing comprehensive documentation for clients, including capturing notes, synthesizing and organizing insights, and making recommendations for client follow-ups; and
    • Reviewing and monitoring team expenses and resourcing to ensure a sustainable pipeline in alignment with team strategy and goals, guiding and driving team work streams, and mentoring and coaching junior team members to foster career development.
  • In the alternative, the employer is willing to accept a Bachelor’s degree and six years of experience as stated above.
  • Position requires approximately 20% domestic travel.
  • Salary: $121,306.00 - $199,500.00/year.
