SENIOR JAVA DEVELOPER

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

·        Collaborate and implement most relevant development tools/techniques to solve client issues and exceed client requirements 

·        Understand the benefits of process methodologies in conjunction with specific software application tools to enhance client environment 

·        Plan and work with development teams to deliver solutions in accordance to service level agreements 

·        Manage and maintain project goals established for project deliverables 

·        Develop solutions to client problems via use of methodologies and software application tools 

·        Demonstrate accountability to successfully realize client goals 

The Team

Our Core Technology Operations (CTO) team offers differentiated operate services for our clients with solutions to help organizations scale and optimize critical business operations, drive speed to outcome, deliver business transformation, and build resilience in an uncertain future.

Our operate services within CTO include:

  • ·        Foundry Services: Operate services providing flexible, recurring resource capacity for client initiatives, projects, tasks, and enhancement
  • ·        Managed Services: Operate services that provide ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and optimization for IT/Engineering applications & products

Qualifications

Required

•        Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information, or related field.

•        7+ years’ experience with Open System development skills such as Java, JEE, JSP, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring JPA, REST, JSON, Junit, JavaScript, HTML, and XML are required.

•        7+ years’ experience with API gateways and patterns

•        Strong experience with API development including experience with Rest

•        7+ years’ experience with relational database (MS SQL)

•        Knowledge with Micro Service Architecture

•        Knowledge with message streaming infrastructure – Kafka

•        Knowledge with application development on MuleSoft, Azure cloud and Kubernetes

•        Willing to travel up to 10% annually

•        Role is remote

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred

•        Background in Financial Services preferred
