Work you’ll do
Deloitte is looking for Full Stack Developers to support our federal client’s mission. The appropriate candidate is required to have strong systems, software, cloud, and Agile experience to support a complex program to provide Agile development and operations and maintenance for critical systems. The candidate will provide technical expertise and support in the design, development, implementation and testing of customer tools and applications. Based in Development-Security-Operations framework, participate in and/or direct major deliverables of projects through all aspects of the software development lifecycle including scope and work estimation, architecture and design, coding and unit testing.
This position requires a bachelors or an associates degree in a technical area plus required years of relevant experience.
What you’ll do:
- Organize and deliver services on a cross-section of complex projects
- Displays both breadth and depth of knowledge regarding functional and technical issues
- Displays leadership and business judgment in anticipating client/project needs and developing alternative solutions
- Participate in the development of new and maintenance of customer's custom applications
- Provide top-level technical services to include, but are not limited to, agile development, system engineering, and software development
- Actively contribute to mission capabilities development and deployment to address emerging requirements
- Perform in all three areas of development, integration and production deployment
- Conduct technical research on software development tasks including automation prototyping and tool development.

The GPS Analytics and Cognitive (A&C) offering is responsible for developing advanced analytics products and applying data visualization and statistical programming tools to enterprise data in order to advance and enable the key mission outcomes for our clients. Our team supports all phases of analytic work product development, from the identification of key business questions through data collection and ETL, and from performing analyses and using a wide range of statistical, machine learning, and applied mathematical techniques to delivery insights to decision-makers. Our practitioners give special attention to the interplay between data and the business processes that produce it and the decision-makers that consume insights.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active TS/SCI security clearance required
- 5+ years experience JavaScript, MongoDB, API Design, JIRA, Database Administration, AngularJS, JSON, XML APIs and Typescript.
- 10+ years professional experience
Preferred: Experience with most of the following:
- Core AngularJS, HTML, CSS, NodeJS and ElasticSearch, RedShift
- Applied knowledge of Extended N-tiered Software Architectures, REST, SOAP, WiQuery, AJAX, XSD, Microsoft Windows, Linux/Ubuntu, Maven
- Experience with database design, AWS/cloud development and solutions architecture
- Experience leveraging data analysis to construct compelling narratives
- Familiarity with and experience developing in government cloud environments (C2S, ICGC)
- Comfort with Agile Methodology/SCRUM development and Confluence
- Familiarity with cloud computing technology
- Previous Federal Consulting and/or professional services experience
