Work you will do/ Responsibilities
- Identify root causes of technical issues in production and out of box failures
- Design and develop solutions to fix identified problems
- Interact with project teams for new products development giving insights from technical issues of previous products
- Study and recommend corrective solutions for enhancing manufacturing efficiency
- Work with enterprise vendors to connect testing and production environments
- Utilize defect tracking tool to track all internal and E2E defects
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

Our Digital Health Consultants deliver innovative technology solutions and services to enable business and technology transformation in healthcare delivery and administration. DH supports signature health technology-related issues including BI / analytics, data governance, Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) modularity, behavioral health transformation, and electronic health records with repeatable solutions and related implementation services.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
- 6+ years of hands-on development experience
- Extensive functional knowledge of all aspects of State-Based Marketplaces, including Eligibility, Enrollment, Interfaces, Shopping Portals, and Customer-facing Portals
- 6+ years of experience with various EDI formats such as 834, 820, TA1, and 999, and their interactions with the Issuer community
- Experience with APTC, CSR, 1095, SBMI, and other SBM-related communications with CMS
- Technical proficiency in the .NET framework, SQL, BizTalk, and AIS; must be able to quickly develop complex SQL queries to support Business analysis and Client Data requests
- Ability to leverage functional expertise to design solutions, conduct Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions with Business stakeholders, validate test cases, and ensure the successful implementation of projects
- Ability to travel up to 10% overnight for client/project travel
- Must live in a commutable distance (a 100-mile radius) or be willing to relocate to one of the following delivery locations: Gilbert, AZ - Lake Mary, FL - Atlanta, GA - Charlotte, NC - Mechanicsburg, PA - Philadelphia PA - Houston, TX - Dallas, TX – with the ability to commute to the assigned location without the need for overnight accommodations
