Senior DevSecOps Engineer

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

  • Manage implementations, upgrades, migrations, and change requests on client cloud environments 
  • Lead program optimization to work within constructs of a cloud environment 
  • Monitor and maintain multiple environments based on client requirements 
  • Define and manage a DevSecOps culture and technical operations of a Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipeline functions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or work experience
  • 6+ years of experience with implementation, migrations and upgrades in a Cloud environment
  • 3+ years of hands-on DevOps and/or DevSecOps development experience
  • 3+ years of containerization experience (Docker, Kubernetes, etc) 
  • Must possess an active Secret Security Clearance or higher
  • Must obtain/possess either a CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the industries/sectors you serve

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle Cloud experience

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would land at or near the top end of the range, but such a decision will be dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the range is $105k to $130k.
