Human Capital As-A-Service

The Human Capital as a Service (HCaaS) Asset Group brings together our products and capabilities into one integrated offering to create sustained relationships with our clients. Human Capital’s Asset group will continue to evaluate and incorporate new products and operate services in our portfolio as we grow. We will help clients navigate the future through Research & Sensing, CulturePath, EngagePath, FOTO and Change Scout, among others.

We are looking for a consultant to join our Product & Solutions team and help us continue to set the standard for business applications used by Deloitte Human Capital clients and practitioners. This role will execute key PMO activities within an existing product line. This person will work in our service delivery team and be expected to work closely with asset management and global consulting stakeholders to guide the use of analytics solutions.


As part of HCaaS’ “in the service of” philosophy, the Delivery Support role will be responsible for supporting our Delivery Manager on day-to-day client delivery needs and expectations.  The right candidate will develop relationships throughout HCaaS, and with each client project team.  You will help generate client impact and market Deloitte services driving customer success by:

  • Working across multiple geographies and industries delivering a global solution to our clients
  • Performing exceptional organizational skills tracking progress and milestones across multiple projects at one time
  • Preparing and maintaining delivery content ensuring operational excellence and repeatability to aid in building a scalable business
  • Coordinating across multiple stakeholders and projects to schedule key milestone meetings and workshops
  • Co-delivering project milestone meetings alongside Delivery Manager
  • Identify areas of continuous improvement and innovation to aid in overall asset development and growth
  • Communicating clearly and concisely across multiple stakeholders and projects to meet delivery timelines and requirements
  • Understanding risk areas for the asset with the expectation to raise them when necessary



  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Project management experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Timeline management and execution
  • Tracking multiple milestones and objectives at a given time
  • Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel experience
  • Travel up to 20% annually (While 20% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)
    Must live near, or relocate to, the Mechanicsburg, PA, Gilbert, AZ or Lake Mary, FL area.
  • Limited Immigration Sponsorship may be available



  • Advanced Degree
  • Experience with global client delivery or project teams
  • Experience delivering consulting engagements utilizing software or solution accelerators
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure or other project management technologies
