Position Summary

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities   

Functional data analyst and senior data product owner - work with niche social determinant of health data for Medicaid Bids to be used in an executive focused dashboard.

Responsible for defining & prioritizing the product backlog, to streamline the execution of program priorities, while maintaining the conceptual & technical integrity of the features or components that the team is responsible for.

Establish product vision, benefits, capabilities, value metrics, competitive landscape, current state landscape & planning projects as they fit into vision & strategy.

Work with key stakeholders to define the product roadmap, high-level prioritization, product value metrics, and obtain project funding.

As a part of the US Strategy & Analytics Offering Portfolio, the AI & Data Operations offering provides managed AI, Intelligent Automation, and Data DevOps services across the advise-implement-operate spectrum. 

 

Qualifications 

 

Required 

·       Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 

·       10+ years of Product Owner experience

·       Highly skilled in Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies

·       10+ years of data analysis, risk management, and implementing technology solutions

·       10+ years in the healthcare industry

·       Project management experience

·       Consulting or client-facing experience

·       Limited immigration sponsorship may be available 

Preferred 

  

·       Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience  

·       Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve 

·       Scrum master certification

·       Agile Product owner certification
