Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Consultant, Human Capital, Workforce Transformation in McLean, Virginia and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

 

Work You’ll Do

Strategize, design, and develop effective learning organization strategy and learning experience solutions that drive success for client organizations and their workforce. Develop and manage comprehensive client project execution plans, risk and status reports, and project master schedules. Identify and execute multi-channel communications and cross-functional engagements with critical client stakeholders, influencers, and adjacent project teams. Provide leading industry practices on using learning as a strategic lever to drive business outcomes and strengthen their workforce. Develop and drive key project deliverables, ensure quality delivery in accordance with SLA’s (Service Line Agreements). Facilitate learning workshops with clients to translate and align learning initiatives to strategic business goals and imperatives. Provide in-depth data analysis and strategic path-forward recommendations for learning organization, technology, content, and vendor ecosystem of the client.

  • 80% Travel required nationally.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Management and Legal Studies, Adult Learning, or a related field and two (2) years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Must also have two (2) years of related work experience involving each of the following:

  • Providing learning organization data analytics and insights with actionable recommendations to C-suite leadership by leveraging and applying Organizational Psychology and Adult Learning principles;
  • Recommending high-impact learning organization solutions including operating model, organizational structure, learning data analysis, and content rationalization, in the areas of organization, technology, learning experience, and culture;
  • Creating and delivering quality learning organization solutions, including high-impact learning organization operating model, governance charter and decision process, modern learning technology strategy and initiatives, project status report using Microsoft (MS) PowerPoint and Excel;
  • Planning, executing, and driving project milestones, key deliverables, and communications and engagement strategy using MS Project Plan, MS Teams, and client preferred collaborative tools to fulfill the contractual agreement; and
  • Conducting virtual and in-person check-ins with project team to provide project performance feedback and ongoing development opportunities.
