Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Consultant, Human Capital, Organization Transformation in Los Angeles, CA and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

ENABLE ORGANIZATIONS TO OPERATE DIFFERENTLY IN SUPPORT OF THEIR BUSINESS STRATEGY; LEVERAGE BEHAVIORAL ANALYTICS, ACTUARIAL CAPABILITIES AND RESEARCH INSIGHTS TO DRIVE ORGANIZATION TRANSFORMATION AT THE ENTERPRISE, BUSINESS UNIT OR FUNCTIONAL LEVEL, INVOLVING BOTH EMPLOYERS AND PROVIDERS ACROSS THE HUMAN CAPITAL ECOSYSTEM; GUIDE CONVERSATIONS WITH CLIENT WORKSTREAMS TO HELP DETERMINE THE EXACT NEEDS AND EXPECTATIONS OF THE PROJECT AND THEN CONFIRM THESE WITH CLIENT LEADERSHIP; IDENTIFY AND RECORD KEY DEADLINES FOR THE WORKSTREAM IN THE CLIENT ENGAGEMENT TO ENSURE CLEAR COMMUNICATION, ORGANIZATION, AND COORDINATION BETWEEN MULTIPLE PARTIES; CONSTRUCT A WORK PLAN AROUND THEM THAT WILL QUICKLY AND EFFECTIVELY ACHIEVE CLIENT GOALS WHILST ALSO ALLOWING FOR REASONABLE WORK TIME AND UNEXPECTED DELAYS OR PIVOTS; WORK ACROSS ALL PHASES OF THE AGILE AND WATERFALL PROJECT DELIVERY LIFECYCLE FOR THE DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT, TESTING AND IMPLEMENTATION OF CLOUD-BASED TECHNOLOGIES ORACLE, SAP AND WORKDAY SOLUTIONS FOR ENTERPRISE-LEVEL CLIENTS, TO DEVELOP AND EXECUTE COMMUNICATIONS, TRAINING, ENGAGEMENT AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT, STRATEGIES, PLANS AND MATERIALS FOR TECHNICAL IMPLEMENTATIONS AND TRANSFORMATION INITIATIVES; INTERFACE DIRECTLY WITH CLIENT STAKEHOLDERS THROUGH INTERVIEWS OR WORKSHOPS TO GATHER AND ANALYZE REQUIREMENTS IN ORDER TO DEVELOP CHANGE MANAGEMENT DELIVERABLES INCLUDING STAKEHOLDER ANALYSIS, TRAINING NEEDS ANALYSIS AND CHANGE IMPACT ASSESSMENTS AND TRANSLATING THESE INTO PROJECT PLANS TO DELIVER SOLUTIONS THAT FULLY MEET CLIENT NEEDS; ANALYZE AND DOCUMENT CURRENT-STATE ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE AND PROCESSES TO SUPPORT DESIGN OF FUTURE-STATE/TO-BE OPERATING MODELS, ORGANIZATION DESIGN STRUCTURE, ROLE PROFILES AND PROCESS DESIGN USING ANALYTIC AND VISUALIZATION TOOLS ORGVUE AND MS VISIO TO ASSESS THE IMPACT OF VARYING DESIGN AND DECISION SOLUTIONS; SUPPORT USER ACCEPTANCE AND SYSTEM INTEGRATION TESTING TO ENSURE SUCCESSFUL DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF PROJECT SOLUTIONS; USE MS OFFICE AND TRAINING DEVELOPMENT TOOLS TO SUPPORT THE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF PROJECT DELIVERABLES AND MAINTAINING THESE DELIVERABLES AND SHARED DOCUMENTATION USING COLLABORATION TOOLS CONFLUENCE, MICROSOFT TEAMS, GOOGLE DRIVE AND SHAREPOINT; COORDINATE PROJECT ACTIVITIES OF ONSHORE AND OFFSHORE TEAM MEMBERS TO ENSURE THE TIMELY AND QUALITY COMPLETION OF PROJECT DELIVERABLES; SUPPORT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT AND RESPONSES TO REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS.

Requirements

BACHELORS DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT, ANY STEM DEGREE OR A RELATED FIELD, AND TWO (2) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE JOB OFFERED OR IN A RELATED OCCUPATION.
