Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a SENIOR CONSULTANT, ENTERPRISE PERFORMANCE, SUPPLY CHAIN & NETWORK OPERATIONS in Parsippany, New Jersey and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

DRIVE SOFTWARE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES TO HELP COMPANIES ADDRESS SUPPLY CHAIN BUSINESS PROCESSES AND OTHER BUSINESS NEEDS, RANGING FROM REQUIREMENTS TO ARCHITECTURE, DESIGN TO DEVELOPMENT, AND TESTING TO DEPLOYMENT, AS DISCRETE SERVICES OR COMPREHENSIVE SOLUTIONS. LEAD ASSESSMENTS OF EXISTING INFORMATION SYSTEMS AND IDENTIFY GAPS BETWEEN BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS AND CURRENT SYSTEM CAPABILITIES FOR SUPPLY CHAIN NETWORK OPTIMIZATION, INCLUDING BASELINE AND OPTIMIZED SCENARIO MODELING, CENTER OF GRAVITY ANALYSIS, SEQUENTIAL OBJECTIVE OPTIMIZATION, LANDED COST ANALYSIS, SCENARIO COMPARATIVE ASSESSMENT, AND SENSITIVITY ANALYSIS. DEFINE SYSTEMS STRATEGY, DEVELOP SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS, DESIGN, PROTOTYPE, AND TEST CUSTOM TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS, AND SUPPORT SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATIONS THAT BRING WORLD CLASS SUPPLY CHAIN NETWORK CAPABILITIES, OPERATIONAL KNOW-HOW, DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES, ADVANCED ANALYTICS, AND INDUSTRY-SPECIFIC HYBRID SOLUTIONS. DESIGN SUB-COMPONENTS OF LARGER APPLICATION SYSTEMS; INTEGRATE SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS WITH EACH OTHER AND CONTINUOUSLY OPTIMIZE THE SYSTEM STRUCTURE TO IMPROVE STABILITY AND PERFORMANCE. PARTICIPATE IN SETTING ENGAGEMENT OBJECTIVES AND SCOPE, DEVELOP WORK PLANS FOR COMPONENTS OF ENGAGEMENTS, COORDINATE ACTIVITIES BETWEEN WORKSTREAMS AND IDENTIFY CHANGES IN SCOPE.

Requirements

BACHELORS DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, ANY STEM FIELD, OR A RELATED FIELD AND TWO (2) YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE JOB OFFERED OR IN A RELATED OCCUPATION. MUST ALSO HAVE TWO (2) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE INVOLVING EACH OF THE FOLLOWING: WORKING ACROSS ALL PHASES OF THE SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LIFE CYCLE (SDLC), UTILIZING AGILE METHODOLOGY TO DESIGN, DEVELOP, TEST, AND IMPLEMENT INTERNET OF THINGS (IOT) SOLUTIONS FOR SUPPLY CHAIN BUSINESS IN THE MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY; DRIVING SOFTWARE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES TO HELP COMPANIES ADDRESS SUPPLY CHAIN BUSINESS PROCESSES AND OTHER BUSINESS NEEDS, INCLUDING REQUIREMENTS GATHERING, DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT, UNIT AND INTEGRATION TESTING, AND DEPLOYMENT UTILIZING PTC THINGWORX, AMAZON WEB SERVICES (AWS), MICROSOFT (MS) AZURE, AWS DYNAMODB, MONGODB, MESSAGE QUEUING TELEMETRY TRANSPORT (MQTT), ADVANCED MESSAGE QUEUING PROTOCOL (AMQP), ANGULARJS (JAVASCRIPT), AND REACT; UTILIZING KEPWARE AND OSISOFT PROCESS INFORMATION (PI) TO BUILD ENTERPRISE GRADE SOLUTIONS FOR OPERATIONAL TECHNOLOGY (OT), IT AND CLOUD INTEROPERABILITY; WORKING WITH DISTRIBUTED CLIENT SERVER ARCHITECTURES TO DESIGN AND DEVELOP CUSTOM TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS, UTILIZING INTER-PROCESS COMMUNICATION MECHANISMS, SERVICE ORIENTED ARCHITECTURE (SOA), REPRESENTATIONAL STATE TRANSFER (REST) SERVICES AND APPLICATION PROGRAMMING INTERFACE (API) DEVELOPMENT BASED ON FRAMEWORKS INCLUDING C#.NET, ASP.NET MODEL-VIEW-CONTROLLER (MVC), ANGULARJS AND STRUCTURED QUERY LANGUAGE (SQL) SERVER DATABASE; DEFINING TEST PLANS, TEST CASES, AND TEST SCENARIOS, PERFORMING UNIT AND INTEGRATION TESTING, MAINTAINING TEST RESULTS, SELENIUM, CUCUMBER AND HP LOADRUNNER; FULFILLING TEST OBJECTIVES BY RESOLVING QUALITY ASSURANCE (QA) AND PRODUCTION DEFECTS BETWEEN SOFTWARE RELEASES, SUPPORTING DEPLOYMENT ACTIVITIES AND MONITORING CONTINUOUS INTEGRATION/CONTINUOUS DEPLOYMENT (CI/CD) PIPELINE IN CLOUD AND ON-PREMISE SERVER, UTILIZING JENKINS, APACHE MAVEN AND GITHUB; PARTICIPATING IN SETTING ENGAGEMENT OBJECTIVES AND SCOPE, DEVELOPING WORK PLANS FOR COMPONENTS OF ENGAGEMENTS, COORDINATING ACTIVITIES BETWEEN CROSS-FUNCTIONAL WORKSTREAMS ONSHORE AND OFFSHORE, TRACKING PROJECT STATUS, AND HIGHLIGHTING PROGRESS AND POTENTIALS RISKS WITH MITIGATION PLAN; AND TRACKING AND REPORTING ON PROJECT AND MILESTONE DELIVERABLE STATUS TO ENSURE TIMELY PROJECT DELIVERY AND COMMUNICATING UPDATES TO KEY STAKEHOLDERS, UTILIZING AGILE PROJECT MANAGEMENT TOOLS, INCLUDING ATLASSIAN JIRA, RALLY, MICROSOFT (MS) AZURE DEVOPS, AND MS VISIO.
