Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Consultant, Enterprise Performance, SAP in Pleasanton, California and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

Drive business transformation and on-going operations and maintenance services for the full suite of SAP software solutions. Gather SAP project requirements from the business, perform current state system analysis, document requirements and create technical and functional specification documents for application development. Translate SAP system requirements into functional design, including use of OOAD (object-oriented analysis and design) techniques, create screen mockups and UI (user interface) storyboards, and conduct sessions to finalize system design. Design, configure, test, and support SAP S/4HANA Finance modules, technical objects, Adobe form, SAP Smart Form, Workflows, Conversions, SAP Web Dynpro and reports. Develop SAP Fiori applications, reconciliation reports, extraction reports, SAP AIF (Application Interface Framework), and dashboard wireframes. Develop harmonization program to automatically extract existing configuration design, master data, and transactional balances. Create AI (Artificial Intelligence) driven reconciliation tools for existing master data and configuration. Design sub-components of larger SAP ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) application systems, integrate the applications with each other, and continuously optimize the system structure to improve stability and performance. Create technical and functional specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, process models, and pseudo code, to be used for application development. Design and develop an engine that automatically converts the relevant data and calculates the accruals and recurring postings. Develop AI (Artificial Intelligence) driven program that transfers the values from one cost object to another cost objects in SAP S/4 HANA Finance and recognizes the transfer pattern.

Requirements 

Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field and two (2) years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Must also have two (2) years of related work experience involving each of the following: Performing end-to-end integration testing to ensure successful data exchange between various SAP modules; Performing audits of OpenUI5 and JavaScript FIORI Reporting Apps to meet quality, requirement and global compliance standards; Managing a team of developers, performing configuration reviews, ensuring quality deliverables, supporting SAP S/4 HANA FI module implementation, and mentoring junior staff members; Creating SAP SLT (SAP Landscape Transformation Replication Server) data filter step-up for entire legacy system and for all SAP S/4HANA CFIN (Central Finance) tables, enabling replication between legacy and target SAP S/4HANA system; Implementing all SAP FICO (Finance and Cost Accounting) modules including CFIN on SAP S/4HANA platform; Building, configuring and monitoring interfaces to integrate SAP FICO business modules on SAP HANA with third party systems using ALE (Application Link Enabling), IDocs (Intermediate Document), and SAP RFC (Remote Function Call); Delivering full life cycle SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) and Microservices based SAP solutions for Web, Mobile, and Cloud architecture projects, including realization, preparation, golive, and post go-live support using Agile, ASAP (Accelerated SAP), and DevOps methodologies; Developing scalable dashboard wireframes, SAP FIORI applications, S/4 HANA reports, interfaces and design requirements based on LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench), SAP Query and SAP Report Painter, MS (Microsoft) Advanced Excel and VBA (Visual Basic for Applications), Adobe forms, SAP HANA, and Smart Forms.
