Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Consultant, Enterprise Performance, SAP in Chicago, IL and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally. 

Work You’ll Do 

Drive SAP Software Advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Improve the ability to react in the digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, modernize core systems, and reimagine business with SAP digital solutions. Participate in setting SAP engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between workstreams, and identify changes in scope. Drive the development and implementation of large-scale data Ecosystems including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging SAP modules and Cloud-Based or On-premise platforms. Assess existing information systems, identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities, and provide application Analysis to meet SAP architecture and Infrastructure goals. Help manage the complexity inherent with Technology change, by performing requirements planning, architecture, testing, deployment, and beyond, helping to link IT programs to organizational goals, while utilizing SAP Modules. Provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling tools to produce analysis and algorithms that help businesses make better decisions. Assist with writing SQVI queries in SAP Erp Central Component (ECC) System and extract data to create reports and dashboards. Transform numbers and statistics into actionable information for clients by predicting, planning and adapting business strategy using standard and customized SAP reports. Manage the execution of SAP implementation projects for end clients.

Requirements 

Minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (any) or a related field and two (2) years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Must also have two (2) years of related work experience involving each of the following:

  • Conducting detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and providing appropriate system solutions in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments;
  • Configuring SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) processes to fulfill requirements on order processing, transportation management, and billing requirements;
  • Identifying gaps, issues, and work around solutions for business processes using standard and customized SAP SD solutions;
  • Working across phases of the Agile lifecycle, including Envision, Explore Adapt, Close for the design, development, testing and implementation of solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing SAP SD modules;
  • Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes, and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes and environments using Agile/Waterfall methodology, Agile, and Lucidchart;
  • Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communication of updates to internal and external stakeholders using Microsoft (MS) Project and project Management Center;
  • Participating in setting SAP engagement objectives and scope, developing work plans for components of engagements, coordinating activities between workstreams and identifying changes in scope, utilizing IndustryPrint5, SAP FIT/GAP Methodology, Jira and Project Management Center;
  • Driving the development and implementation of large-scale data ecosystems, including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging SAP Sales and Distribution, Finance modules and S/4 HANA platform;
  • Performing assessments of existing information systems and identifying gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities and providing application analysis to meet SAP architecture and infrastructure goals, utilizing FIT GAP analysis using industry Print 5, and Business Process Modeling.
  • 80% travel required nationally.
