Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a SENIOR CONSULTANT, ENTERPRISE PERFORMANCE, SAP in Chicago, IL and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

DRIVE SAP SOFTWARE ADVISORY AND IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES TO HELP COMPANIES UNLOCK THE VALUE OF TECHNOLOGY INVESTMENTS AS DISCRETE SERVICES OR COMPREHENSIVE SOLUTIONS. WORK TO IMPROVE THE ABILITY TO REACT IN A DIGITAL WORLD AND ENABLE SCALABILITY, REMOVE PERFORMANCE BARRIERS, ENABLE INNOVATION, AND MODERNIZE CORE SYSTEMS AND REIMAGINE THEIR BUSINESS WITH SAP DIGITAL SOLUTIONS. DRIVE THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF LARGE-SCALE DATA ECOSYSTEMS INCLUDING DATA MANAGEMENT, GOVERNANCE AND THE INTEGRATION OF STRUCTURED AND UNSTRUCTURED DATA TO GENERATE INSIGHTS LEVERAGING SAP MODULES AND CLOUD-BASED OR ON-PREMISE PLATFORMS. PERFORM ASSESSMENTS OF EXISTING INFORMATION SYSTEMS AND IDENTIFY GAPS BETWEEN BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS AND CURRENT SYSTEM CAPABILITIES; PROVIDE APPLICATION ANALYSIS TO MEET SAP ARCHITECTURE AND INFRASTRUCTURE GOALS. HELP MANAGE THE COMPLEXITY INHERENT WITH TECHNOLOGY CHANGE, FROM REQUIREMENTS PLANNING TO ARCHITECTURE, TESTING TO DEPLOYMENT, AND BEYOND, HELPING TO LINK THEIR IT PROGRAMS TO ORGANIZATIONAL GOALS, WHILE UTILIZING SAP MODULES. PROVIDE INDUSTRY INSIGHT AND ANALYTICAL SUPPORT USING DATA MINING, PATTERN MATCHING, DATA VISUALIZATION, AND PREDICTIVE MODELLING TOOLS TO PRODUCE ANALYSIS AND ALGORITHMS THAT HELP BUSINESSES MAKE BETTER DECISIONS.

Requirements 

  • BACHELORS DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, ANY STEM FIELD OR A RELATED FIELD AND TWO (2) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE JOB OFFERED OR IN A RELATED OCCUPATION. MUST ALSO HAVE TWO (2) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE INVOLVING EACH OF THE FOLLOWING:
  • PARTICIPATING IN SETTING SAP ENGAGEMENT OBJECTIVES AND SCOPE, DEVELOPING WORK PLANS FOR COMPONENTS OF ENGAGEMENTS, COORDINATING ACTIVITIES BETWEEN WORKSTREAMS AND IDENTIFYING CHANGES IN SCOPE, UTILIZING THE SDLC METHODOLOGY;
  • PROVIDING INDUSTRY INSIGHT AND ANALYTICAL SUPPORT USING DATA MINING, PATTERN MATCHING, DATA VISUALIZATION, AND PREDICTIVE MODELLING TOOLS LIKE TABLEAU AND EINSTEIN ANALYTICS TO PRODUCE ANALYSIS AND ALGORITHMS THAT HELP BUSINESSES MAKE BETTER DECISIONS;
  • CREATING TECHNICAL AND FUNCTIONAL SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS AND USE CASES, INCLUDING SCREEN LAYOUTS, NAVIGATION FLOWS, LOGIC DIAGRAMS, DATA MODELS, AND PROCESS MODELS;
  • WORKING ACROSS PHASES OF THE SDLC, INCLUDING INCEPTION, REQUIREMENTS, DESIGN, BUILD, TEST, CUTOVER AND HYPERCARE FOR THE DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT, TESTING AND IMPLEMENTATION OF SOLUTIONS FOR ENTERPRISE-LEVEL CLIENTS, UTILIZING SAP FINANCE MODULES;
  • ANALYZING AND DOCUMENTING CURRENT-STATE SYSTEMS, PROCESSES, AND ENVIRONMENTS TO SUPPORT PROJECT DESIGN OF FUTURE-STATE/TO-BE SYSTEMS, PROCESSES AND ENVIRONMENTS USING REQUIREMENTS GATHERING AND BUSINESS PROCESS MODELING; AND
  • TRACKING AND REPORTING ON PROJECT AND MILESTONE DELIVERABLE STATUS TO ENSURE TIMELY PROJECT DELIVERY AND COMMUNICATION OF UPDATES TO INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS.
  • 80% TRAVEL REQUIRED NATIONALLY.
