Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Consultant, Enterprise Performance, SAP in Seattle, WA and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

Drive software advisory and implementation services to help bring world class Supply Chain network capabilities, operational know-how, digital technologies, advanced analytics, and industry-specific hybrid solutions. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities for Supply Chain network optimization, including baseline and optimized scenario modeling, center of gravity analysis, sequential objective optimization, landed cost analysis, scenario comparative assessment, and sensitivity analysis. Perform system implementations that bring world class Supply Chain network capabilities, operational know-how, digital technologies, advanced analytics, and industry-specific hybrid solutions. Define systems strategy, develop system requirements, design, prototype, and test custom technology solutions, and support system implementation. Research user reported issues with software systems, identify root causes and resolutions, implement fixes, and liaise between business functions, end users, and technical delivery teams.  Track implementation defects using defect tracking tools, coordinate defect resolution efforts, and document resolution details.  Participate in setting engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between workstreams and identify changes in scope. Provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling tools to produce analysis and algorithms that help businesses make better decisions.

Requirements 

Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (Any), or a related field and two (2) years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Must also have two (2) years of related work experience involving each of the following:

  • Working across all phases of the Agile and Waterfall Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) and project delivery lifecycle to design, develop, test and implement SAP solutions for enterprise-level clients;
  • Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, and translate requirements into project designs to deliver optimization and financial solutions that fully meet client needs, utilizing functional specification documentation;
  • Utilizing Project Management Professional (PMP) and Scrum methodologies to support, participate in, and lead the design and development of SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions;
  • Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing Microsoft (MS) tools, including Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
  • Coordinating the project activities of onshore and offshore team members to ensure the timely and quality completion of project deliverables;
  • Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, As-Is and To-Be processes and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes and environments;
  • Utilizing MS Advanced Excel to support, perform, and oversee User Acceptance (UAT), Integration, Unit, Functional and Regression testing to ensure successful design and implementation of SAP SCM project solutions;
  • Designing and delivering user manuals and end user training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments;
  • Supporting business development activities, including proposal development and responding to Developers about functional specifications, and to customers about development processes and requirements for development proposals and solutions; and
  • Leading integrations and business and system design with SAP modules, including Transportation Management (TM), Event Management (EM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Material Management (MM), and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and interfaces with external systems using IDocs (Intermediate Document)/EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) to cater to unique business requirements.
