Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Consultant, Enterprise Performance, SAP in Denver, CO and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally. 

 

Work You’ll Do 

Drive SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Work to improve the ability of teams to react in the digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, modernize core systems, and reimagine organizations with SAP digital solutions. Participate in setting SAP engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between workstreams, and identify changes in scope. Drive the development and implementation of large-scale data ecosystems including data management, governance, and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging SAP modules, Cloud-based, or On-premise platforms. Assess existing information systems, identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities, and provide application analysis to meet SAP architecture and infrastructure goals. Perform and assist with sales pursuit and RFPs (Request for Proposal) in drafting questions, participating in group question and answer sessions, outline resource staffing models, and provide input into RFP responses to help businesses. Utilize Application Life Cycle Management (ALM) tools for incident management, problem management, change management, and test scripting during the implementation phases, steady state, and continuous improvement phases of project life cycles. Provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling tools to produce analysis and algorithms that help businesses.

Requirements 

Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or a related field and two (2) years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Must also have two (2) years of related work experience involving each of the following:

  • Using Greenfield software development to implement SAP systems including Transportation Management (TM) 9.5/9.6 and S/4HANA 1909 embedded TM to aid in the completion of workshops, Fit-Gap Analysis, building, testing, training, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live, Hypercare, and continuous improvements;
  • Driving Business Blueprint sessions with businesses, mapping out business requirements for SAP solutions, developing systems requirements, and designing prototypes including testing, end-user training, defining support processes, and implementing Supply Chain Execution business solutions;
  • Monitoring and tracking the capability of supply chain using SAP Event Management (EM);
  • Configuring SAP TM areas including Less than Truckload Shipping (LTL), Full Truckload Shipping (FTL), Master Data, Order Management, Quotation and Request for Quotation (RFQ), End-to-end Order management, Freight Order Management, Strategic Freight Procurement and Freight Capacity Planning, Package, Load Planning, Dispatching Planning, Executing and Monitoring Freight, and optimizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Logistics Integration, Interactive Planning, Subcontracting and Tendering, Customer and Supplier contracts, Agreement management and settlements or Invoice Processing, Tariff and rate calculation, and Charge Calculation and Freight Settlement;
  • Configuring SAP TM stand alone and SAP S/4HANA Embedded TM, including master data and replicating transaction setup;
  • Transforming business environments to scalable SAP TM for Transportation Management business environment of shippers, retailers, and Logistic Service Provider (LSPS);
  • Developing functional specifications for custom development and interfacing with external systems including SMC3 Platform, PC*MILER and Rand McNally through Intermediate Document (IDoc)/Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and XMLS using document management tools.

Annual Salary: $128,500 - $134,925
