Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Consultant, Enterprise Performance, SAP, in Atlanta, GA and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

DESIGNING, IMPLEMENTING, AND DELIVERING STRATEGIES TO INCREASE THE EFFICIENCY AND VALUE DELIVERED BY THE ENTERPRISE IT FUNCTION, INCLUDING IT BUSINESS MANAGEMENT, ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE AND PLATFORMS. SYNTHESIZING OVERALL OPERATIONS STRATEGY BY ANALYZING A WIDE VARIETY OF BUSINESS SOLUTIONS. SELECTING THE MOST RELEVANT TOOLS/TECHNIQUES TO MEET SPECIFIC CLIENT REQUIREMENTS SUCH AS BUSINESS CASE, PRICING, OR COMPLEX FINANCIAL ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETING AND REPORTING ON OUTPUTS. PARTICIPATING IN SETTING ENGAGEMENT OBJECTIVES AND SCOPE, DEVELOPING WORK PLANS FOR COMPONENTS OF ENGAGEMENTS, COORDINATING ACTIVITIES BETWEEN WORKSTREAMS AND IDENTIFYING CHANGES IN SCOPE. PARTICIPATING IN VARIOUS ASPECTS OF THE FULL SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LIFECYCLE FOR SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS, WHICH MAY INCLUDE REQUIREMENTS GATHERING, APPLICATION CONFIGURATION DESIGN, BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYSIS, SCRIPTING, CODE DEPLOYMENTS, ENHANCEMENT VALIDATION, TRIAGE OF DEFECTS AND CHANGE REQUESTS, ESCALATIONS AND URGENT ISSUES. EVALUATING CLIENTS' TECHNOLOGY NEEDS, DEVELOPING CUSTOMIZED APPLICATIONS AND DRAFTING TECHNICAL AND FUNCTIONAL DESIGN DOCUMENTATION. IDENTIFYING AND MITIGATING RISKS IN PROCESS AND TECHNOLOGY FOR CLIENT ENGAGEMENTS. FUNCTIONING AS AN INTEGRATOR BETWEEN BUSINESS NEEDS AND TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS AND HELPING TO CREATE TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS TO MEET CLIENTS BUSINESS NEEDS. DEFINING SYSTEMS STRATEGY, DEVELOPING SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS, DESIGNING, PROTOTYPING, AND TESTING CUSTOM TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS, AND SUPPORTING SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION. PERFORMING ASSESSMENTS OF EXISTING INFORMATION SYSTEMS, AND IDENTIFYING GAPS BETWEEN BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS AND CURRENT SYSTEM CAPABILITIES.

Requirements

BACHELOR'S DEGREE OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, ANY STEM DEGREE OR A RELATED FIELD. TWO YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE OFFERED POSITION OR A POSITION IN A RELATED OCCUPATION. MUST HAVE TWO YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WITH:

  • WORKING ACROSS ALL PHASES OF THE AGILE, WATERFALL AND SAP LIFECYCLE FOR THE DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT, TESTING AND IMPLEMENTATION OF SAP/ENTERPRISE OPERATIONS SOLUTIONS FOR ENTERPRISE-LEVEL CLIENTS;
  • INTERFACING DIRECTLY WITH CLIENT STAKEHOLDERS TO GATHER FUNCTIONAL AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS, ANALYZING CLIENT REQUIREMENTS, AND TRANSLATING REQUIREMENTS INTO PROJECT DESIGNS TO DELIVER SOLUTIONS THAT SATISFY CLIENT NEEDS USING SAP & VISTEX TOOL OR ACCELERATED SAP (ASAP) & AGILE METHODOLOGY;
  • USING SAP ERP CENTRAL COMPONENT (ECC) OR SAP VISTEX FOR THE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF SOLUTIONS;
  • TRACKING AND REPORTING ON PROJECT AND MILESTONE DELIVERABLE STATUS TO ENSURE TIMELY PROJECT DELIVERY AND COMMUNICATION OF UPDATES TO INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS USING HP APPLICATION LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT (ALM), AGILE MANAGER, HP QUALITY CENTER (QC), SHAREPOINT OR SAP SOLMAN;
  • USING THE FOLLOWING TOOLS AND TECHNOLOGIES IN THE PERFORMANCE OF PROJECT-RELATED RESPONSIBILITIES: HP QUALITY CENTER (QC), AGILE MANAGER, SAP SOLMAN, MICROSOFT VISIO, POWERPOINT, EXCEL, SAP SALES & DISTRIBUTION MODULE, AND SAP VISTEX MODULE.
  • 80% TRAVEL REQUIRED NATIONALLY.
