Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Consultant, Enterprise Performance, Oracle in New York, NY and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.


Work You’ll Do

Drive Oracle software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions in the Insurance, Financial Services, Healthcare, State and Local Government, Telecom, and Retail industries. Work to improve their ability to react in the digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems, and reimagine their business with Oracle-based solutions. Participate in setting Oracle engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between workstreams and identify changes in scope. Drive the development and implementation of large-scale data ecosystems including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging Oracle-based solutions and Cloud-based or On-premise platforms. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities and provide application analysis to meet Oracle architecture and infrastructure goals. Help manage the complexity inherent with technology change, from requirements planning to architecture, testing to deployment, and beyond, helping to link their IT programs to organizational goals, while utilizing Oracle-based solutions. Leverage automation, cognitive and science-based techniques to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions, drive operational efficiency by maintaining data ecosystems, source analytical expertise and provide offerings for continuous insights and improvements. Provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling tools to produce analysis and algorithms that help businesses make better decisions.





A Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field and 2 years of experience in job offered or related occupation. Must also have two (2) years of related work experience involving each of the following:

  • Designing to-be business processes and solutions for Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Record-to-Report (R2R) using business process modeling tools leveraging Microsoft Visio, MS PowerPoint and Oracle's Application Implementation Methodology document templates (AIM methodology);
  • Configuring General Ledger, Receivables, Cash Management, Order Management, Purchasing and Payables modules of the Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle E-Business Suite;
  • Developing functional designs, completing FIT-GAP Analysis in support of R12 implementation/enhancement using Software Development Life Cycle and AIM methodology;
  • Creating design workshop content, functional specifications, conversion documents, cutover plans and configuration documents using Microsoft Office Suite and Oracle's Application Implementation Methodology (AIM) templates;
  • Implementing solutions to extend Oracle ERP applications using customization options in Oracle for Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions and Workflows (FRICEW);
  • Creating test cases and testing functionality leveraging HP ALM (Application Life Cycle Management), JIRA, TOAD and Data Loaders in order to implement Oracle ERP projects;
  • Designing and overseeing functional conversion activities; converting master and transactional data entities, including Suppliers, Customers, Orders (Purchase/Sales), Receipts, Invoices as part of Data Conversion activities for implementing Oracle ERP projects; and
  • Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles for Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle EBS implementation utilizing tools including HP ALM.
  • 80% travel required nationally.
