Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a SENIOR CONSULTANT, CUSTOMER & MARKETING, HUMAN SERVICES TRANSFORMATION in Los Angeles, California and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

DEFINE THE TECHNICAL COMMUNICATION METHOD NEEDED BETWEEN MULTIPLE SYSTEMS BY WORKING WITH VARIOUS INTEGRATING SYSTEMS TO MEET BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS. EVALUATE EXISTING TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS, IDENTIFY BUSINESS NEED, EVALUATE THE MARKETPLACE FOR SOLUTIONS, PERFORM FIT/GAP ANALYSES, AND RECOMMEND SOLUTIONS INCLUDING COMMERCIAL OFF-THE-SHELF (COTS) SOLUTIONS OR CUSTOM SOLUTIONS. DEFINE SYSTEM INTEGRATION REQUIREMENTS, DESIGN DATABASE SCHEMA, DEFINE ACCEPTABLE INPUT AND OUTPUT PARAMETERS CONVERTED INTO FUNCTIONAL AND TECHNICAL DESIGN, AND ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA FOR GOVERNMENT CLOUD IMPLEMENTATION. DESIGN A PERFORMANCE TESTING IMPLEMENTATION PLAN TO TEST INTEGRATIONS INCLUDING IN-SERVICES AND REST APIS BETWEEN SYSTEMS TO OPTIMIZE AND PERFORM AS PER THE BENCHMARK SET AND PUBLISH THE PERFORMANCE TESTING RESULTS. COORDINATE USER ACCEPTANCE TESTING (UAT) TEAM AND END-TO-END (E2E) TESTING TEAMS, CONDUCT DEMO AND KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER OF FUNCTIONALITY, REVIEW TEST SCRIPTS, PROVIDE ELBOW SUPPORT DURING ACTIVE TESTING PERIODS, AND TRIAGE DEFECTS IN AZURE DEVOPS SERVER. ANALYZE AND DOCUMENT RISK FORMALLY AND INDICATE IMPACTS TO SCOPE, SCHEDULE, OR COST, AND DEVELOP A MITIGATION PLAN THAT APPROPRIATELY ADDRESSES THE RISK IDENTIFIED. WRITE PROJECT LEVEL DELIVERABLES INCLUDING THE PRODUCT BACKLOG, PRODUCT ROADMAP, SPRINT BURNDOWN CHART, AND STATEMENT OF WORK.

Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: BACHELORS DEGREE (OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT) IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, ANY STEM FIELD, OR A RELATED FIELD AND TWO (2) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE IN THE JOB OFFERED OR IN A RELATED OCCUPATION. MUST ALSO HAVE TWO (2) YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE IN EACH OF THE FOLLOWING: EVALUATING A CLIENTS TECHNOLOGY NEEDS, ACTING AS A FUNCTIONAL SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT TO EVALUATE THE MARKETPLACE FOR SOLUTIONS, PERFORMING FIT/GAP ANALYSES AND RECOMMENDING COMMERCIAL OFF-THE-SHELF (COTS) OR CUSTOM SOLUTIONS; DRIVING AN IMPLEMENTATION TEAM AND ITS PIPELINE OF WORK BY COORDINATING WITH TECHNICAL, DESIGN, FUNCTIONAL AND CLIENT STAKEHOLDERS UTILIZING AGILE SCRUM METHODOLOGIES AND ALL AGILE CEREMONIES INCLUDING PRODUCT BACKLOG GROOMING AND MANAGEMENT, ARTIFACTS, AND SPRINT PLANNING, REVIEWS, RETROSPECTIVES; OVERSEEING PROJECT DELIVERABLES UTILIZING APPLICATION LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT (ALM) TOOLS INCLUDING HP ALM, IBM RATIONAL, ATLASSIAN SUITE, AND AZURE DEVOPS SERVER FOR CLIENTS FOR ALL PHASES OF THE SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LIFECYCLE TO SUBSTANTIALLY BUILD SYSTEM FUNCTIONALITIES; LEADING THE DEVELOPMENT OF END USER-FACING SYSTEMS ON PLATFORMS, INCLUDING SALESFORCE CLOUD PLATFORM AND ADOBE EXPERIENCE MANAGER (AEM), FOR STATE GOVERNMENTS THROUGH THE DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT, TESTING, AND DEPLOYMENT PHASES; COORDINATING AND LEADING FUNCTIONAL, PERFORMANCE, LOAD, AUTOMATION, SECURITY, AND END-USER TESTING OF SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS IN SYSTEM INTEGRATION TESTING (SIT), USER ACCEPTANCE TESTING (UAT), AND STAGING ENVIRONMENTS; TRACKING APPLICATION DEFECTS UTILIZING AZURE DEVOPS SERVER, PRIORITIZING DEFECTS BASED ON CRITICALITY, COORDINATING DEFECT RESOLUTION EFFORTS, AND DOCUMENTING RESOLUTION DETAILS; RESEARCHING USER REPORTED ISSUES WITH SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS, IDENTIFYING ROOT CAUSES AND RESOLUTIONS, IMPLEMENTING FIXES, AND LIAISING BETWEEN BUSINESS FUNCTIONS, END USERS, AND TECHNICAL DELIVERY TEAMS; AND ESTIMATING TIME AND RESOURCES NEEDED FOR DEVELOPMENT WORK IN AN AGILE ENVIRONMENT UTILIZING MICROSOFT EXCEL.
