Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Consultant, Customer & Marketing, Digital Customer in Atlanta, Georgia and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

Drive implementations of Cloud-based technologies, including data cleansing and conversions, interface design/development, and systems development life cycle. Enable end-to-end journey from On-Premise to Cloud; may lead design and development within the following focus areas: Cloud messaging, ground-to-Cloud connectivity, Cloud Strategy, Operating Model Transformation, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure and Engineering, and Cloud Managed Services. Lead various aspects of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), which may include requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, and escalations of urgent issues. Design and develop data governance standards, roles and responsibilities; design data conversion strategies and facilitate data conversion, mapping and cleansing workshops to support the clients conversion to Cloud. Convert legacy data according to current systems data structure using data warehouse concepts; design conversion strategies and mapping rules between legacy data and the current system database to facilitate data conversion. Create technical and functional specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, process models, and pseudo code, to be used for application development. Track application defects using defect tracking tools; coordinate defect resolution efforts, and document resolution details. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities; estimate time and resources needed for the development work.

Requirements 

Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have two years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Must have two years of experience with:

  • Leading aspects of the full Salesforce implementation, including requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, and escalations of urgent issues;
  • Creating technical and functional specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, process models, and pseudo code, to be used for application development, utilizing LucidChart and Visio;
  • Tracking application defects utilizing qTest and Azure DevOps (ADO), coordinating defect resolution efforts, and documenting resolution details;
  • Coordinating the project responsibilities of cross-functional onshore and offshore team members to ensure efficient completion of project tasks;
  • Defining project approaches and leading the day-to-day execution of Salesforce implementation activities across the entire solution delivery lifecycle, including requirement gathering, user story definition, process design, and assessment of business and launch readiness;
  • Developing and reviewing required project documentation, including presentations, gap analysis reports, process flow diagrams, roles and responsibilities documentation, and process documents using Microsoft (MS) Visio, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word; and
  • Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, and translate requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that satisfy client needs, utilizing the Agile project management methodology.
