Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Senior Consultant, Customer & Marketing, Digital Customer in Chicago, IL and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally. 

 

Work You’ll Do

Drive the development of Cloud-based technologies, including data cleansing and conversions, interface design/development, systems development life cycle, etc. Enable end-to-end journey from On-Premise to Cloud; may lead design and development within the following focus areas: Cloud messaging, ground-to-Cloud connectivity, Cloud strategy, Op Model Transformation, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration & APIs, Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure & Engineering, and Cloud Managed Services. Drive various aspects of the full software development lifecycle, which may include requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations and urgent issues. Design and develop data governance standards, roles and responsibilities; design data conversion strategies and facilitate data conversion, mapping and cleansing workshops to support the s conversion to Cloud. Convert legacy data according to current systems data structure using data warehouse concepts; design conversion strategies and mapping rules between legacy data and the current system database to facilitate data conversion. Create technical and functional specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, process models, and pseudo code, to be used for application development. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities; estimate time and resources needed for the development work. Design sub-components of larger application systems; integrate the applications with each other and continuously optimizing the system structure to improve stability and performance.

Requirements 

Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, any STEM field or a related field. Two years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Must have two years of experience with:

  • Driving the development of Cloud-based technologies, including data profiling and conversions, interface design/development and systems development life cycle (SDLC), utilizing Salesforce.com, Microsoft (MS) Azure DevOps, MuleSoft Cloud hub, and Salesforce.com DevOps;
  • Utilizing Cloud native Architecture Design, Salesforce.com Architecture, Salesforce.com Solution Design, Salesforce Integration, Salesforce.com Data Migration, Salesforce.Com Agile Scrum Management to enable the end-to-end journey from On-Premise to Cloud by leading the design and development within the following focus areas: Salesforce.Com Communities, Salesforce.Com Lightning Components, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Security, Salesforce.Com Apex Development, Salesforce.Com Automated Testing, Salesforce.Com Lightning Web Components, Salesforce.Com REST API, Salesforce.Com Soap Service, Java, and JavaScript;
  • Utilizing Salesforce.com Data Loader, Salesforce.Com Informatica Integration, MuleSoft Anypoint Integration to design and develop data conversion strategies, as well as facilitate data conversion, mapping and cleansing workshops;
  • Designing and deploying end-to-end Cloud infrastructure, using MuleSoft, Salesforce.com financial Cloud, Salesforce.com marketing Cloud, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce.com Service Cloud salesforce.com Gov Cloud, and Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud Platform;
  • Setting up DevOps pipeline required for Cloud implementations and deploying, maintaining, testing and operating applications deployed in Cloud instances, using Jenkins, LoadRunner, Selenium, ANT, MavensMate, and Eclipse;
  • Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable statuses to ensure timely project delivery and communication of updates to internal and external stakeholders, using Salesforce.com Reports/Dashboards, Salesforce.Com Einstein, and Tableau.
  • 80% travel required nationally.
