Position Summary

Senior Consultant, AI Strategic Growth Offering - Strategic Program Support

Work You’ll Do:

The Artificial Intelligence Strategic Growth Offering (AI SGO) is looking for a full time Senior Consultant to play a core strategic support role across priority AI SGO programs including AI Academy, Go-to-Market (GTM), and AI Analyst Relations initiatives. Specific activities to include:

  • Strategic GTM Support
    • Support efforts to drive GTM leader engagement & incubate AI offerings across priority sectors and domains, including strategy support and execution
    • Support ongoing Deal Desk activities, including efforts to identify pipeline opportunities for the Deloitte Center for AI Computing and ongoing coordination with the Center
    • Support ongoing activities pertaining to AI channel leadership structure & engagement model
    • Help drive GTM planning & execution
  • Help Drive cross-business GTM activation of strategic AI-enabled offerings
  • AI Academy Support
    • Support efforts to drive AI Academy strategy and execution
    • Support execution of pilot AI Academy class in Fall 2021 and Spring 2022
    • Support overall AI Academy program management activities (budgeting, invoice tracking, etc.)
    • Coordinate with marketing excellence to support execution of internal and external AI Academy communications
    • Support compiling leadership updates and measurement tracking across the program
  • AI Analyst Relations
    • Support storyboard and briefing development for Deloitte’s major AI Analyst Reponses (i.e. Gartner, IDC)
    • Drive coordination of analyst briefing development, AI capabilities appendices, and identification and packaging leading AI case studies from across Deloitte’s global member firms
  • Provide Ad Hoc support across other priority AI SGO initiatives on as-needed basis


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience leading strategy within a consulting firm or similar organization
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Limited travel (while less than 25% of travel may be necessary for the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)


We are seeking a resource with strong strategy, learning and development and leadership background and following attributes:

  • Very strong strategy and leadership experience
  • Very strong storyboarding and executive communications experience
  • Very strong project management, PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Strong track record working in fast-paced, high-volume roles that require adapting quickly to evolving priorities
  • Top performer in peer group
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively with firm leaders
  • Self-starter and quick learner (candidates must be self-motivated and able to operate independently and produce high-quality work in a virtual environment)
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
  • Previous experiences working in the field of Artificial Intelligence a plus
