Work You’ll Do
Deliver solutions that integrate various enterprise systems in a hybrid cloud environment. Perform ServiceNow business analysis and participate in implementation and testing across the ServiceNow Platform. Document solutions and implement various modules to achieve business compliance objectives in the areas of Governance, Risk, and Compliance within ServiceNow. Work with a dynamic and growing team to grow skillsets and expertise in this space. Interact with management and executives in a global environment from multiple countries and varied business areas across our organization. Utilize experience with Analyze and translate Business needs to provide solutions utilizing tools including MS-Office tools, Application - ServiceNow Safe agile, GRC module; Utilize Business domain (ITSM, ITOM) and Application (ServiceNow) knowledge to negotiate with business team to decide requirement from business request and finalize functional design; Conduct Gap-Analysis session to analyze ServiceNow module Out-of-box functionality with the Business requirement; Conduct assessment of current system to present solution options considering critical factors; Experience with applications such as or including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, MS Word, ServiceNow ITSM, to categories data, create graphs, write documents, create reports and design visualizations to describe the requirement and potential solutions; Conduct work-session with technical team to decide technical design to fulfil requirements; Create technical documents and write stories using ServiceNow Agile; Perform unit testing, regression testing, and defect Identification and resolution for the developed solution (standard and custom developments); Conduct demo session with clients to present the function solution on the ServiceNow Application. Perform initial Production Incidents triage and troubleshoot and work with developer to fix, and Defects Identified as part of the UAT testing.

Requirements
Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Electronics Engineering, Engineering (any), or related field, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a Programmer Analyst or Info Developer-related occupation.
Position requires 24 months of experience in the following special skills:
