Work you’ll do
- Research transactions and companies.
- Coordinate with interagency partners.
- Conduct interviews with subject matter experts.
- Write assessments of the potential risks and/or benefits of M&A transactions.
- Support development of memoranda and packages for senior leader review.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years of professional experience.
- Experience in market analysis.
- Experience in anti-trust matters, business, economics, and the competitive or legal implications of mergers and acquisitions
- Experience coordinating with stakeholders and synthesizing information to develop an overall position.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.
- Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients/ sectors you serve.
Preferred:
- Master’s in Law (M.J.), or related subject matter.
- 5+ years of professional experience.
- Prior Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) and/or DoD experience.
- Experience with Company Due Diligence or Risk Analysis.
- Experience working and coordinating with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s).
- Familiarity with Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS) contracts data and developing analytics.
