 Work you’ll do

·       Help plan, coordinate, and execute project in a hybrid Agile framework acting as Scrum Master for the Engineering Squad

·       Facilitate daily SCRUM activities, capacity planning sessions and inter squad coordination activities. Provide periodic progress briefing to program leadership

·       Work directly with clients to prioritize projects/programs/activities

·       Develop and create project plans that display project milestones in accordance with SDLC and PMP governance guidelines 

·       Conduct regular project reviews and communicating status of projects in both formal and informal settings

·       Identify and Resolve issues that may negatively impact a project or project deliverables 

·       Seek innovative ways to remove project obstacles 

·       Monitor and analyze project metrics to identify weaknesses or problems and proposing operational improvements to ensure quality, efficiency, cost savings, etc.

·       Knowledge/experience with Microsoft Professional Suite (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project   

·       Agile/SCRUM project management

Qualifications 

Required: 

·       Bachelor’s degree required 

·       4+ years of full-time work experience

·       Must be willing to work onsite

·       Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future 

·       Must have a Top Secret Clearance

  • Hybrid agile methodology
  • Agile product delivery
  • Interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience working in a hybrid Agile environment in a large Federal project

 Preferred: 

·       PMO

·       Agile certification

·       Agile Scrum Master certification

·       Knowledge/experience with Microsoft Professional Suite (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project   

·       Project Management

·       Continuous Improvement

·       Project Management Professional (PMP) or related certifications
