Work you’ll do:
- Serve as Scrum Master, working closely with multiple Scrum teams, maintaining cohesive plans and schedules to Ensure that all software development efforts are aligned with program goals and objectives.
- Lead all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between Scrum teams, product owners, and other stakeholders including cybersecurity and operations.
- Ensure adherence to SAFe Agile methodologies and best practices to Manage the software development lifecycle, including backlog grooming, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives.
- Ensure compliance with DOD RMF requirements for all software development activities.
- May oversee the efforts of less junior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.

Qualifications
Required :
- MA/MS degree or Bachelors Degree plus 18 years of experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active Secret security clearance required
- 7+ years of experience with agile software development, agile methodologies, software development life cycle management, and cross-functional team.
- Experience in any of the following: Experience in JIRA, Confluence, and/or Slack SAFe Scrum Master & SAFe for Teams, SAFe PO/PM or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master & SAFe for Government, SAFe PO/PM
